Chapter Sixteen

Khun yawned and stretched as he rolled over onto his back.

"Ouch!"

Wincing in pain, his eyes opened and he shifted back onto his side nearly bumping noses with the person lying next to him.

His lower half ached and felt sore. He twisted his body so he was flat on his stomach and turned his head on his pillow to watch Bams sleeping face. The brunette seemed to be sleeping peacefully next to him in his double bed. Khun shuffled a bit closer so their skin was touching.

Admiring the innocent, defenseless boy next to him, Khun smiled feeling the happiest he had in a long while. He didn't regret a thing. Raising a hand, he gently brushed a stray strand of hair that had fallen on Bams cheek as he whispered his feelings.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Bam peeped at Khun through one open eye and smiled, surprising Khun.

"You! You were awake!?"

"Mmhmm."

With a small nod, Bam leaned in giving Khun a quick peck on his lips.

"How long have you been awake?"

"I'm sorry, how are you feeling?"

Reaching over, Bam rubbed the young males lower back as he apologised indicating that he was already awake when Khun himself woke up. He smiled sheepishly, feeling guilty that he was the cause of the pain.

"Brute...."

"Heheheh..."

A comfortable silence fell over them as Bam pulled Khun closer to him, wrapping his arms around him. Khun nuzzled his face into Bams chest and Bam tilted his head burying his nose into the mop of blue hair taking in the scent. Both closed their eyes letting the warmth take over them as they dozed holding on to each other.

After a while, the heat becoming uncomfortable, Khun reluctantly pulled away from Bams chest. He peeked up at the golden eyes looking down at him inquisitively. Something had started to play on his mind and Khun wanted to confirm something with the younger male.

"Bam..... what does this make us?"

"Do you really need to ask?"

Responding with a question of his own, Khun furrowed his eyebrows. He wasn't familiar with relationships or how they started, for him everything needed to be laid out in plain language or he would forever question it. Bam understood that Khun wasn't happy with his answer.

"I really thought my words and actions so far would have been enough but I guess I should probably ask more formally. Khun, I really do love you, I have for a while, in fact I started falling for you the first time I watched one of your streams, although of course I fell in love with your face at first sight. Will you be my boyfriend?"

Upon hearing those words, Khun blushed realising just how embarrassing it was to have it said out loud. He felt like a stupid teenager being asked out.

"Did you really have to say it like that?"

"Haha, I really can't win with you!"

Pulling Khun closer to him again, Bam left a trail of kisses over his skin as Khun laughed and tried to push him away. Eventually pulling away, Bams golden eyes fixated on Khuns blue gaze once more.

"So are you going to respond?"

"Do I have to?"

Coyly responding, Bam chuckled not letting Khun get away with it.
