Everything was quiet and dark. I looked over to a August but his face was blind to my eyes. It was so dark that I couldn't see my hand in front of my face.

"I don't owe you anything." I said quietly, more to myself than anything.

Through the dark, I heard him chuckle. There was nothing humorous about this situation.

"Oh but you do. I did my part, so it's time for you to do yours. Besides, giving your past, you might enjoy this." He sneered.

My body began to get warm, I was fuming. This bastard had something up his sleeve. I looked at him sideways or where is voice was coming from. But as I did this, the sniffing became louder. My head jerked in the direction of the sound as my fists clenched.

"Please. I'll do anything just let me go." The voice from the sniffling whispered.

It was a woman.

"Are all your victims women or something?" I sneered before moving towards the voice.

He didn't respond. As I moved closer, the leaves rattled and the old wood pieces jumbled together. I picked up my feet and walked closer. It was too dark to see anything son with that, I reached into my pocket to grab my phone. While doing that, I flicked my flashed light on and turned the light toward the person that was apparently sniffing.

The person that was in front of me was one that I'd seen before but not very familiar with. But she wasn't enough to make me emotional.

"Loren?" I asked, knowing exactly who it was.

Her eyes narrowed as she flinched to the abrupt light. But once her eyes caught mine, she frowned.

"You?" She whispered -yelled.

I sighed and refrained from turning the light off and walking out but I knew that I couldn't. I mean I could but I wouldn't.

"Me. Why are you here-Why is she here?" I turned to ask August.

Before he spoke, I heard the click of a light. The type that is connected to a ceiling fan. His face was then visible and as always, held a smirk.

"Mm, you two know each other I see." He knew we did by the tone of his voice.

But how?

"You're in cahoots with him? You know him and what he does?" Loren questioned, bringing my attention back to her.

I sighed and shook my head. "No, it's not what it looks like." Trust me, it really wasn't.

But by the look on her face, she wasn't buying it. Her face went from confused to hate and I knew why. She didn't like me before and now she just knew she had something on me. So she could...tell Kenny.

Kenny?!

"Loren listen I-"

"No you listen!" She cut me off. "When Kenneth finds out about this, he's gonna flip and you turn your ass in. I knew you were trouble from the get go. I guess Kenneth didn't know you as well as he thought he did huh?"

My eyes narrowed and my attention was not out of concern it was out of anger. I glanced over to August and his smile was no longer there. He was more annoyed than anything.

"Kenny isn't gonna find out about this." I muttered, watching her look at me with hate.

"The hell he isn't!" She screamed.

She was starting to piss me off with all of the screaming and accusations that was being thrown at me. Those feeling were coming back to me. Feelings I hadn't had in years.

"August?" I asked. Not taking my eyes off of Loren.

He moves closer to me and stared at the side of my face. "Yes."

It was more of a statement than a question as he said it. My hands where shaking and my palms were sweaty.

"What did you want me to do?" I asked.

He smiled, I could tell it from my side vision. Walking up behind me, he didn't touch me, he only whispered. "Kill her."

"What?!"'she screamed.

We both ignored her. When I didn't make a move, he continued to speak lowly to me.

"Come now, I know you feel it. I know you wanna do it. Remember this is who you are. This is your secret. If we let her go, she will tell Kenneth. Besides, she wouldn't be the first person you killed huh?" He whispered.

She gasped at his words. I knew I had to. If I didn't, she'd tell Kenny and I couldn't have that. She ruined me and everything I cared about.

"No." I said.

He sighed. "No? If we let -"

"I said no. I never said that I would stop you from doing it." I looked over at him.

His head was cocked to the side as he took in my words. I'm sure he was trying to figure out if I was serious.

I was. I hated the bitch.

"You're serious?" He asked,making sure.

"Would this take care of the debt that I owe you?" I asked before agreeing to this.

He grinned. "I'll think about it."

I rolled my eyes. But my gaze went to Loren. Yes, I knew what I was condoning was horrible. But I couldn't let Kenny find out. I loved Kenny but in reality how much could I trust him with?

I kneeled in front of her, and tapped her knee. Her eyes were no longer full of hate. They were sad, scared even. I just didn't care.

"He's going to kill you now. Do you want time to pray?" I asked. Maybe I was being mean but at least she could have a chance. I wasn't all bad.

What was going on with me?

She didn't answer. Shrugging, I was dismissing myself from the but before she muttered another word. One word, one word that changed my whole mind.

"Bitch."

I stopped mid step and frowned. Slowly, I turned around and faced her.

Was I hearing correctly? Hopefully not.

"Excuse me?" I asked her politely.

August stood off to the side, pausing all of his movements. Apparently he was just as surprised. I wasn't surprised at the name. I'd been called worse believe me. What shocked me was that she called me this and she was about to die.

"You heard me. Kenneth deserved more than you for a friend. And you are just mad that I was going to give him that!" She growled.

I chuckled humorlessly. "You know, Kenny asked me for a favor. And now is good of time as any. He wanted us to hang out and get to know each other. And this is me keeping that favor."

I reaching the back of my belt, where I keep my blade. I quickly retrieved it and landed the shiny, pointy blade in the side of her neck.

Serves her right. Right?
