School was boring,as usual.but now that school was over,football practice can start!i usually watch since,like I told you before,I'm not technically part of the team.the cheerleaders keep trying to convince me to join them,but I don't let them get to me.i hate cheerleaders,and it's not cause Lance's girlfriend is a cheerleader cause Mox's girlfriend is also a cheerleader.it's just,they aggravate me that's all.Mox seemed so focused today,I mean usually he is but this time it seemed like he was trying to prove himself.his dad must've gotten to him again,see Lance is the quarterback so that puts a lot of pressure on Mox somehow.i guess his dad wanted him to be quarterback because he was quarterback when he used to be in high school,poor Mox.

Practice finally ended,I packed up my stuff and jumped off of each step of the bleachers for fun.when I made it to the grass the boys walked up to me,"Hey Jane,you going to the barbecue at Mox's house today?"Wendell asked me."you bet."i said confidently,the boys cheered."this is gonna be great!"Charlie cheered,I laughed."you guys really want me to go to a lot of things huh?"I asked them,"of course J,you're part of the team!"Lance said.he put his hand on my shoulder,causing me to blush.i tried my best to hide my red face,but I think Mox noticed.
