                                              The Nights
                          

                          for ending, the day 

                          when the sunshine sets, stars-rise
                          up the dusk ascends,
                          

                          bluebirds return nest
                          poet rhymes his last verse
                          the moon glints in sky.
                          

                          epiphany to walk home
                          seated next to promised one
                          to tell-tales of day.
                          

                          Here, close eyes and fill
                          heart with hope, new light,
                          it then comes sunshine.
