(This here is a mix between the Teen Titans(original) episode "Calling All Titans" and Super Smash Bros.: Subspace Emissary.)
The arc and Megatron have been on this Earth(go back to the previous chapter for descriptions of the map) for 800,000 years. During that time, Autobots have been sent by Ultra Magnus to find Prime. In the present day, there is a group of Autobots known as the Aerialbots, who were gifted to exposure via the Enigma of Combination. They travel to the Earth and scan some odd-looking flight vehicles to acquire new vehicle modes. Upon research, they discover several entities known as the Smashers and start to worry that the Decepticons will form plans for them. They decide to warn them, after getting approval from Ultra Magnus of course. They do NOT intend to put them in danger. Yet, the war on Cybertron might spread to this planet anyway.
In time, the Aerialbots would develop communicators allowing non-transformers to communicate with transformers, without implants. They look for Smashers all over and tell them everything about Cybertron and the war going on there, as well as the possibility of the Decepticons discovering this planet and that they should be prepared for what could happen.
Over time, all except for five Smashers would gain communicators created by the Aerialbots with a hopefully clandestine frequency. At the same time, a group of Decepticons led by Starscream(Tom Kenny) and Soundwave(maybe Edward Bosco in the style of G1 Soundwave's voice) discover this "Earth" and make plans to colonize it for their faction, deciding the name of the colony to be Cyberterra, a result of them and the Aerialbots learning the languages of this planet. The other Decepticons with them would include Thundercracker(either Danny Hansen or someone who could recreate the G1 voice), Skywarp(similar to the G1 voice and Mark Whitten), a triple-changer known as Blitzwing(???), Dreadwing(???), among many other similar Decepticons known as the Seekers.
Also with them are B-64950(the voice of the female Spy from Team Fortress 2), who would rename herself Blackarachnea after learning about the existence of spiders on this Earth, A-386(returning voice from Transformers Prime) who would call herself Airachnid, she and Blackarachnea being sisters, Shockblast(a perfect mix of Brian Drummond voicing him in Transformers Energon and David Sobolov voicing Shockwave in Transformers Prime), Shockwave(Todd Haberkorn), Barricade(???), Spinister(???), Shatter(???), Dropkick(???), Blackout(???), Lockdown(Lance Henriksen), the Stunticons, and the Constructicons. The many other Decepticons are still on Cybertron. The presence of Starscream and the rest remains unknown to the still-active Autobots.
One day, the Aerialbots are flying in different locations, with their leader, Silverbolt(???), announcing that more Smashers need to be alerted and that they must split up to get the job done faster, without rushing. Fireflight is skeptical, certain that bad things are gonna happen if this is done. Yet, they do the job anyway.
Air Raid(???) seeks out Samus Arus(???) and informs her about the history of Cybertron and the war that might spread to Earth, giving her a device for communication, which she could embed in her armor once she finds it. Silverbolt seeks out Snake(???) and decides to help him out with his vehicle mode. Slingshot(???) is sent to look for Donkey Kong, and surprisingly, Diddy Kong is also there. Upon seeing this, he gives two communicators to them, informing them of the likely-to-happen danger in the future. Skydive(???), looking for Marth(Yuri Lowenthal), ends up in a pickle, only to be aided my Marth and Ike(either Jason Adkins or Greg Chun), giving them communicators in the aftermath, Snake getting his from Silverbolt.
During this time, Fireflight looks around a mountain range. At the same time, they're being climbed by the Ice Climbers(??? and ???), with Fireflight looking for Lucario(either Sean Schemmel or Bill Rogers). He decides not to use vehicle mode out of fear of getting unwanted attention. He is able to find Lucario, and give him his communicator. The Ice Climbers also catch their attention, and as a result, gain communicators from Firefight as well, him telling the three Smashers his worries about Slingshot's plan. They feel sympathy for him, yet tell him that things might be inevitable and that all the Smashers, and the Aerialbots, will make it.
The plan complete, Silverbolt initiates a test of the communication system and all the Smashers report in, confirming that all of them are ready. The test passes, and the Smashers and Aerialbots await for future messages. Meanwhile, the Seekers have scanned the jets of Captain Falcon and the Starfox team, achieving new vehicle modes to blend in with the environment. During the Aerialbots' search of the remaining Smashers, Laserbeak was able to detect the blueprints and frequency of the communicators for the Decepticons to hack, and the structure of a certain Smasher.
The Decepticons, having perfected a factory, is able to create Vehicon/Eradicon triple changers for each of the Seekers on certain operations to command, and something else. The something else and the Vehicon/Eradicons are cannon fodder to overwhelm the Smashers and Aerialbots, especially if they're separated across the planet. The Decepticons put a new plan of theirs into action while working on another one.
