Calling All Smashers (Part 5)

The five-Smasher group of Mario, Pit, Kirby, Link, and Yoshi has gained Luigi as its sixth member. Now, they are running somewhere to find a place for refuge, and to find Smashers that might be in danger. Elsewhere, the Ice Climbers are separated from each other by Menasor, only to be able to escape from under his nose and sensors. Their whereabouts remain unknown.

Near the jungle, Diddy Kong and Fox are walking along the path, only for Bowser and his Eradicons from Dedede's palace to show up and use his cannon on Diddy, weakening him for a long but limited amount of time. Fox dodges the cannon and stops the Eradicons from taking Diddy Kong as a prisoner. Falco(???) suddenly shows up and provides help, destroying Bowser's cannon. Bowser makes a retreat, leaving the Eradicons behind to finish them off. Diddy recovers and helps Fox and Falco take the cons down. Yet, Slipstream(???) shows up with more of them and is making things harder for them. Donkey Kong, who was wanted to escape the whole time, is closest to the area that Slipstream is located, and informed by Silverbolt that he should get there. However, he is already occupied with Shatter.

On the Castigator, Samus Arus and Pikachu find the suit and make off with it, only to run into Soundwave, who they are able to escape thanks to Pikachu's supercharge, but without realizing that he has dispatched Laserbeak once again. The two of them run into Captain Falcon and make haste with him in his ship. Later on, on top of the Himalayas, above Mount Everest, the Great Fox is trying to take down the Castigator but is failing. Marth, Ness, Lucas, Ike, the Pokemon trainer, and Meta Knight see this, and the latter decides to help it. The Ice Climbers are climbing the mountain, having reunited secretly. They see the battle and Meta Knight approaching the scene and decide to help him.

The three reach the top and run into Lucario, who senses Meta Knight's aura and decides not to fight. Unfortunately, the Castigator has energy-chained the Great Fox around itself, and rams it into Everest, giving Lucario and Meta Knight the advantage to climb into it, the Ice Climbers falling to where the rest of Meta Knight's team are. Eradicons show up to take them as prisoners, and a fight breaks out, with the six-Smasher team of Mario, Luigi, Pit, Link, Yoshi, and Kirby watching. And deciding to join in.

On the Castigator, Snake escapes from the crate he was hiding in and is found by Lucario and Meta Knight, the former sensing Eradicons approaching. After dealing with them, they find Princess Peach and Zelda, free them, and tell them to stay behind, with Zelda disguising herself as her secret identity "Sheik" and taking Peach with her. Fox leaves Falco and Diddy behind to take on the Castigator itself, with Princess Peach walking seemingly in slow-motion without gaining scars or damage from the resulting battle explosions. Fox gets out and is about to attack Sheik, with Peach stopping him and introducing him to tea to talk things out, and hopefully mislead the Decepticons on the ship, as well as distract them.

Snake and Meta Knight sneak into the mainframe and are able to use their communicators to download information from it and transmit it to the Aerialbots and the other Smashers. Falco decides to join in after telling Diddy Kong to go into hiding, which he likely did. And he is able to ground bridge the Smashers back to Mount Everest. Unfortunately, the whole thing was a trap, as M.U.C.s on the summit activate a bomb that is powerful enough to blast the Smashers to other parts of the Eurasian continent, separating them. In those multiple parts, several Decepticons from earlier ambush each individual/group.

Bowser and Blitzwing would take on Mario and Luigi, with Menasor joining in. Skywarp would take pleasure in taking down Link and Zelda. Kirby and Pit would be attacked by Shockblast. The Ice Climbers would have to deal with Barricade. Lucas and Ness would be separated again, by Devastator. Slipstream would try to take out Marth and Ike. Meta Knight and Snake would risk going against Dirge(???). Princess Peach and Yoshi would have to go through dueling against Nova Storm(???). Acid Storm(???) would attempt to deal with Lucario. Ramjet(???) would take on the Pokemon trainer. And Fox and Falco would be dealing with Ion Storm(???).

All this happening everywhere in Eurasia, and those other events like Slingshot and Spinister dueling each other, Skydive battling Lockdown and Blackout, Fireflight going against Airachnid, Sonic and Megaman going against Skyquake and Dreadwing, and new events like Kirby and Pit fighting Shockblast, Donkey Kong going against Shatter and Dropkick(that one is still going on), Captain Falcon dealing with Thrust(???), and Samus Arus and Pikachu fighting Nacelle(???), Silverbolt is left to think about what's going on and figure out, from past conversations with Skydive and Fireflight, that the Decepticons somehow know every move everyone's making.

A female voice confirms it, the speaker revealing herself to be Blackarachnea, who dukes it out with Silverbolt. Through fighting and conversing with her, he learns that the Decepticons have somehow been hacking the communication system to know their every move. He is able to slow the arachnoid transformer down to warn everyone that the Decepticons were listening and that he's shutting the network down. He does so before getting captured and kidnapped by Blacharachnea, with several communicators shutting down. Several Smashers have gone into hiding, while others have been captured. Whoever is left will be talked about in the next chapter.
