'You look like a vampire,' he laughed wiping the blood from around my mouth. I looked up at him and smiled with big eyes, reaching to his neck and nipping his skin gently.
'Your vampire,' I whispered.
I packed all my shit that I could fit into a suitcase- I must say I'm very good at packing. I packed all my tops and jeans and as many jumpers as I could fit, leaving room for everything else. I put on a white sweater and a skirt and applied a little bit of mascara and bronzer. I wanted to make a good first impression, I guess.

I checked my phone and realised I only had a couple hours till the flight. I ordered an uber and quickly charged my headphones for the flight.
The journey was nearly six hours, so I downloaded a few of my favourite movies- Corpse Bride, Beetlejuice and Alice in Wonderland. I grabbed my sketchbook and packed my headphones just as it arrived.
When I got on the plane, I saw a text from Jordan.

I turned my phone on airplane mode just as we took off. I was weirdly nervous. I mean I knew Jordan obviously- but what if he'd changed, and what if the boys didn't like me- or the girls. I really didn't want to cause drama. I just wanted to hang around for a few months, maybe make some new friends and get a small job.
About halfway through my flight, I realised that there was Wi-Fi on the plane. I pulled out my phone and checked my socials. I went into my dms and saw I had been added to a group chat called 'the bois'. Ew. Boys are so cringe.
I landed at LAX and immediately knew I was in LA. There were girls walking around, dressed head to toe in Brandy Melville, vlogging and live streaming. I laughed quietly to myself and accidentally caught the attention of a guy who was infront of me in a queue.
'What are you laughing at?' he smiled.
'Oh shit- uhm I was just giggling at some girl vlogging ahead of us,' I decided to come clean.
'Well this is LA,' he laughed with me.
'I'm Chase by the way.'

'You look kinda familiar- I saw you earlier on the flight and couldn't work out who you are.'
'Oh. I mean I'm not exactly famous but I've got a few followers on tiktok.'
'Oh yeah! Amelia Perez. Right?'
'Yup that's me.' I smiled. He was kinda cute. He had shaggy brown hair and strong blue eyes. He was around average height, but dressed really well and had really cool shoes, and he seemed like such a cute and sweet guy. Not really what I was into though, if I'm honest.
