Shoto looked perfect. He always looked perfect. Cool, calm, and collected. No matter the situation, he'd never let a stray emotion past his façade. Now was no exception. "What were you doing today?" A straightforward question. Izuku stumbled and stuttered over his words. He couldn't understand what he was saying, much less Shoto. "I haven't seen you today." Shoto prodded for any comprehensible answer at this point.

"And who's fault is that?" Izuku clearly mumbled under his breath. When he realized he had spoken the thought aloud he clasped both hands over his mouth. Like a deer in the headlights.

Shoto's eyes pierced Izuku's soul, his eyes cold and dead. "The maid I sent to check up on you informed me you were unwell, so I ordered the staff to leave you be. I assumed you would've shown your face to eat but you hadn't so I came here in person." Izuku let out a breath of pure relief. Shoto wasn't mad, thank god. If he wasn't mad, then why did he come? Was... was he worried? Hope sparked in Izuku's chest, things have been rough but this could be the start they've been needing. "Come back to bed and get some rest." Izuku climbed into bed. For supposedly resting all day, he sure was tired. "I'll leave you to sleep." The tall man turned away.

Izuku boldly grabbed onto Shoto's sleeve. "Stay, please?" He nervously glanced up at Shoto and he nodded. He slipped into the other side of the bed and turned out the lights. Izuku pressed his back into Shoto as they got comfortable. Izuku loved the feeling of the man next to him. He loved to cuddle into his side when the man allowed it. If Izuku was going to be honest, cuddling was all he wanted.

Little time had passed and Izuku felt a hand grip his hip, and lips at the back of his neck. He let out the little moans and gasps that he knew Shoto liked.

Izuku was tired, he only wanted to cuddle tonight. He didn't want to be sore in the morning. But Shoto wanted him. There was no denying the man. He'd get what he wanted even if Izuku had struggled. It was easier to give in. He didn't want to spoil Shoto's good mood.

Izuku lifted his arms as Shoto pulled off his shirt. Cold hands moving downwards.

Shoto would always win.

Luckily the next day Izuku woke with enough time to get ready. Of course the bed had been empty when he woke but that was old news.

He arrived at the table ten minutes early. As he was playing an easy game on his phone, suddenly he heard the most unusual sounds coming from outside the dining room door. When the door opened, he was met with Shoto and a whole lot of unfamiliar faces.

Izuku recognized the unusual sounds coming from them. Excluding Shoto, there were five of them. The two in the back were... laughing? And playing around? The two in front of them were casually joining in on the conversation but they at least seemed aware of their surroundings. The one in the lead, he acted much more like the rest of Shoto's business partners. The man had a permanent scowl etched in his face, every step displayed his power. He adorned a maroon suit that hugged his figure perfectly. He himself didn't look half bad either.

Shoto led the group to the table. Izuku gave him a questioning glance. It wasn't often he met Shoto's business partners, he more or less knew the drill. But something felt off about this time. Sure Shoto didn't work with desirable people but these people were different. The tension between Shoto and this other leader... they must have been rivals. Shoto sat down at the head of the table, to Izuku's left. The rival leader took the place opposite of Shoto. A woman with pink hair sat on the other side of Izuku. Her light mood had calmed him but not by much. She was joking with the man with bright yellow hair, he had a black lightning bolt streaked on the side. Across from Izuku was a man with straight black hair, he didn't seem too serious. For a normal person that didn't seem bad but for a meeting like this, let's just say Izuku being concerned was an understatement. Next to him was a smiley red haired man, it seemed he was trying to cheer up the grouch at the end of the table. Who were these people?
