A/N: Ok, so I did some research, and it turns out that the age of consent in Japan is 13. But, for the sake of this route, it will be 18.
Izuku was currently in the hospital. A day had passed since he, Iida, and Todoroki had fought the Hero Killer. Hosu was starting to recover from the attack and damage was starting to get repaired. Iida was asleep, even though it was the middle of the day, Izuku was awake and messing around on his phone, while Todoroki was looking out the window as if he was waiting for someone. Izuku noticed this.
"T-Todoroki-san, are you waiting for anyone?" Izuku asked.
"Yeah, my mom is coming soon." He replied. Izuku's mother had already visited and cried her eyes out a few hours ago.
Izuku nodded, but on the inside, he was panicking. Ever since they had gone to the amusement park together, Izuku would get a weird feeling in his heart when he thought of her. It made him feel weird since he'd never felt this way about someone before. So, as many people would do, he searched up his symptoms on the internet. The first thing to show up was:
Love - an intense feeling of deep affection.
Izuku nearly passed out just from reading that. Love? It couldn't be. Loving someone would be pointless since surely no one would feel the same way about him. Though he did have to admit, his affection for the older woman had been increasing over the time they'd been spending together.
Before he could start to think about this any further, a knock had interrupted him. As he feared, Rei walked through the door. Her pale white skin glowing and her white hair flowing to her shoulders. She wore a white button-up shirt with black jeans on.
That familiar feeling in his heart had begun to start again, and Izuku started to wonder if what he read was true.

To be completely honest, her son wasn't the only reason why she was coming to the hospital. When she was informed of why her son was in the hospital, she had immediately made plans to go there. But when she was informed that Izuku was also with him in the hospital, she was worried, she hoped he was ok.
She had grown to care about the younger boy to an extent, she'd felt her affections for the green-haired boy start to grow, she knew it was wrong since he was only 16, but she couldn't help it. So, even if she couldn't pursue a relationship with him, she would at least care for the boy as much as legally possible.
"Are you two okay?" She asked, worried. Iida was asleep so she decided not to disturb him.
"Yes, mother, thank you for visiting." Shoto replied, Izuku just nodded.
"I am disappointed in you two, you nearly got yourselves killed! You two aren't even heroes yet and you tried to fight someone who had killed heroes before." She spoke her disappointment as the two boys lowered their heads.
"W-Well, in our defense R-Rei-san, Iida was in danger." He nodded to the asleep boy.
"And I am proud of both you for rescuing him, but I'm still worried and upset." They both thought that was fair, who wouldn't be upset in this situation? Rei sighed.
"We're sorry for being reckless, mother." Shoto replied, Izuku hummed in agreement.
"I forgive you, but only because you did it to save someone. Now, how hurt are you two?" She said. Even though she wasn't Izuku's mother, she would definitely care
20 minutes of nagging and fussing over their injuries later, and the three began conversing on the most trivial of things. Heroes, food, school, you name it. Rei found it refreshing, having a conversation with the two most important people in her life right now.
The only two people who would visit her often were Izuku and Shoto, therefore, she thought of them as the most important people in her life. Sure, her other kids visited, but not as frequently as Izuku and Shoto would. Probably once every 3 or 4 months, as opposed to Izuku and Shoto who would visit almost every 2 weeks.
When she had first met Izuku, she just thought of him as her son's friend. But she'd never expected to get so close to him. He had a great personality and helped her son break out of his cold shell. She was grateful to him for that.
Besides that, he was kind, and definitely shy, which Rei found cute. Over time, she had felt the embers of a crush slowly start to seep back inside of her. She wondered how her kids would react if they found out she had a crush on a 16-year-old boy when she was in her early 40's. She imagined the possible outcomes.
"I know you wanted to get over Dad, but a kid? Of all people, it had to be a 16-year-old?"
"I'm disappointed in you, mother, maybe I shouldn't visit you anymore."
"i"
"ei"
"R-Rei!" Izuku called, breaking her out of her stupor.
"Y-Yes?" She replied.
"Are you ok?" Izuku asked.
"I am, thank you for asking. I think I should get going now." She stood up.
"Goodbye, mother." Shoto said with a small smile on his face.
"Goodbye you two." She said and left towards the door.
Although Izuku was still conflicted about his feelings toward the white-haired beauty, he was happy that she came to visit. No one else could visit since everyone was in their work-study. Even if his classmates weren't at their work-study, only about 4 or 5 people would visit him anyway, probably not even that.
Maybe he really loved her. Sure, he was 16 and she was in her 40s, but it didn't matter to him. Though, he was sure that Shoto would probably give him a punch in the face if he ever tried to date his mother.
As Rei walked to the door, she suddenly felt hot, when the weather of the room was warm a few minutes ago. She opened the door, only to be met by a face, a face full of flames, she backed away as the heat was too much for her. Rei looked up to see the face of her former husband, Enji Todoroki.
