One day, Nanako had gotten a call from her daughter, Nejire. She had been surprised because ever since Nanako had divorced Nejire's father, Nejire never bothered to make any kind of contact with her, which had saddened her greatly. She was prepared to hear Nejire yelling at her over the phone or cursing at her, but that didn't come. Instead, she was surprised by what she heard, it went something like this...

"Hello?" Nanako answered her phone, prepared to be berated by her daughter.

Instead, she heard sniffles coming from the phone. Was Nejire crying? Had the divorce affected her that badly, Nanako felt guilty. What she didn't know was that she was crying because of a different reason entirely.

"M-Mom?" Nejire voice called, it was soft and had traces of whimpers.

"Y-Yes hon?" It was hard, hearing her daughter like that. She'd never heard Nejire that sad before.

"Can...Can I come and stay with you? Please? I promise I won't be a burden, I-I'll get my own job, I just....don't wanna be here anymore."

Nanako was surprised by what she was hearing. She wasn't mad at her? She didn't resent her for breaking up their family? Nonetheless, if that was what she wanted, then she'd let her stay with her. Nanako didn't know why she thought she would be a burden. Maybe it was because she left so abruptly without even telling Nejire. Which was an irresponsible move on her part.

"You don't need a job sweetheart, if you really want to come here, that's fine. Now, you sound upset, what's wrong?"

"I-I don't wanna talk about it." She said. Nanako thought it wasn't best to push her to talk, Their family wasn't in a good state right now.

So, just like that, Nejire started to stay with her mother. When she had first moved in, Nejire was pretty distant, she would barely talk to her, and when they ate dinner it was always quiet. Nejire continued to go to school, and she still got relatively good grades.

Suddenly, a few months after Nejire had graduated from junior high school, Nejire had told her mother that she wanted to attend a Hero school. This surprised Nanako, as no one in their entire family had ever been a Hero before. She wondered why she wanted to be a Hero, but she obliged either way, if she wanted to be a Hero, so be it, there was nothing wrong with that.

But what Nanako was really interested in was the recent changes to her daughter. She was definitely more distant, she was quieter, barely engaging in conversation, and now she suddenly wanted to become a Hero. Nanako was only gone for about 2 weeks, she couldn't have missed that much, could she? What had caused her to undergo such a drastic change?

She was beyond worried, not only did her daughter go from cheerful and happy to distant and sad, she had done it in such a short span of time. Nanako wondered if Nejire's father had something to do with it. She sure hoped not. Here is a timeline of what normally goes on in the new Hado household.

4:00 AM: Nanako wakes up and gets ready for her day.

5:00 AM: Nanako makes breakfast for her and Nejire.

6:00 AM: Nanako leaves for work and Nejire wakes up.

7:00 AM: Nejire gets ready for school.

8:00 AM: Nejire eats the breakfast that her mother left for her.

8:45 AM: Nejire leaves for school.

2:00 PM: Nejire comes home from school.

2:30 PM: Nanako comes home from work.

5:00 PM: Nanako cooks dinner, Nanako and Nejire eat dinner in silence.

5:25 PM: Nanako tries to start a conversation, only to fail when Nejire doesn't respond.

6:00 PM: The two finish eating and Nejire cleans the dishes.

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Nanako and Nejire do things like watch TV or mess around on their phones.

8:30 PM: Nanako gets ready for bed and goes to sleep.

9:00 PM: Nejire follows suit.

Now, I know this seems depressing but occasionally the two have a few interactions or some funny or good memories. Here is a more recent interaction that they'd had.

(This takes place during the first half of Nejire's 3rd Part. So before Izuku apologized for his actions.)

Nanako had just finished eating dinner, and Nejire was getting ready to do the dishes when Nanako had forgotten to inform Nejire of something, she walked back into the kitchen to see Nejire staring very intensely at her phone. She could see a boy on her phone but he looked very beat up, he had green hair and green eyes.

Nanako had taken the intense glare that Nejire was directing towards the boy on her phone as worrying. She thought Nejire was worried about him when that wasn't the case. Seeing this as an opportunity to tease her daughter, Nanako took the chance, though it could backfire.

"Oh? Who's that boy you're looking at? A crush, perhaps?" Nejire nearly jumped out of her skin, she did not expect that.

"N-N-No-"

"So, what do you like about him? Wait, are you worried about him? He looks a bit beat up from that photo." She teased.

"T-That's not w-"

"Green and Periwinkle, huh. That might be a good combinatio-" Nanako was interrupted by Nejire flying over her, her face getting redder by the second.

"YOU CAN'T DENY LOVE!" She yelled.

"L-Leave m-me alon- *thud*" Nejire's response was interrupted by a thud, and another thud. Nanako was pretty sure she knew what happened.

Nejire had tried to fly inside of a house, and she ended up hitting her head on the ceiling. This theory was confirmed when she heard an "ow". Nanako had walked over to where her daughter had fallen and proceeded to say,

"And that's why we don't use our quirks in the house."

She had learned that the hard way, she couldn't fly, but she could enhance her body, and when she'd done that and jumped, let's just say things turned out pretty much the same way. Why she jumped, however, shall remain a mystery.

Nejire couldn't help but let out a few chuckles, which was followed by Nanako eliciting a few chuckles before the chuckles became full-on laughter.

A/N: The next special chapter will be the last, and it will feature Nanako and Nejire's perspective. Should I add the father's perspective? I don't really know.
