Neji: These two lack interactions a lot. I can't remember even seeing Kiba and Sakura in the same village much less in each other's arms. I agree with Sai's comment on it being about a bad boy and good girl, but even with that I can't really see it working out 0/10
Rock Lee: I try to always look at the bright side of these ships and in the case of having kids, they'd be very bland. That isn't a bad thing, but roses aren't just known for their looks but also their thorns. 4/10
