Naruto: I never thought about Shikamaru like this, but I'm guessing we'd be a surprisingly perfect couple 10/10
Sasuke: This is oddly popular and I don't know why, but I don't see anything about these two worth shipping 0/10
Sakura: Well they'd be cute together, but I can't really see them being flirtatious if you get what I'm saying, which isn't important, but it would help 7/10
Sai: It's better than shipping him with someone who's probably trying to kill him every chance they get. Shikamaru would actually have Sasuke's personality, but lazier and without the power seeking thirst 10/10
Kiba: They're two of my closest friends and I support them being happy and doing whatever. They make a popular dynamic too, the smart, chill guy and the goofy, idiot 10/10
Shino: Shikamaru and Naruto would have morning and night intercourse from Shikamaru's sleeping habits 8/10
Naruto: 👀

Kiba: 😒
Hinata: Hmm... I believe there can be a spark between the two. However, I can't really see them being together. Naruto is popular with his male ships, but Shikamaru gives a very straight vibe to his character. So unless it's one of those 'I can make you gay' or 'I'm falling for a guy' type stories. I can't see it otherwise 8/10
Shikamaru: Naruto and I have hardly anything in common, but we do bring out what each of us lacks. So he brings out the laughter and happy moments that I find troublesome, and I can get him to calm down for a change and just watch the clouds. I agree with Hinata, and also the theory of 'opposites attract'. But Temari will yell at me for giving this a high rating 0/10
Choji: Shikamaru and Naruto are like the fries and nuggets of a combo meal. They're fun apart, but don't really make the whole meal satisfying together 6/10
Shikamaru: 😓
Naruto: That's the spirit Choji 🤣
Ino: Shikamaru and Naruto being a couple is kinda weird to me. Cause he is like Sasuke, but significantly boring, which in its own way would be a less complicated love story and that's what matters 10/10
Neji: They'd simply be given boss and assistance oneshots, alongside the cliché guy best friend tropes with the inclusion of one of them being gay and the other being curious 10/10
Rock Lee: Ouuu imagine a whirlpool styled shadow jutsu, or even their child have a tailed beast and using their shadow techniques the same way as Gaara, with DEER SAGE MODE 10/10
TenTen: They kind of underestimate women sometimes. Luckily the fee that they know have proven them otherwise and they've learned from that. However, in terms of chemistry, I just can't see it 8/10
Gaara: A story line with Shikamaru can potentially lead to a shadow sex type situation, with shadow tentacles and I'm not impressed by that. However, what I think people like about them is their long lasting friendship and that in itself, whether romantic or platonic is admirable 10/10
Kankuro: I'd like to see someone get fucked by tentacle shadows. Especially if it's Naruto cause he's a shoe in to get pregnant 10/10
