It was a quiet day, strangely, Oyakata-sama hasn't given the [H/C]-haired girl any missions and that made [Y/N] train her heart out. But after a little break and the girl deciding that it was just enough training for today, it was quiet.
Too quiet for the Snow pillar's liking.
The girl abruptly stood up. "I'm BOOOOOORED!" She suddenly exclaimed, startling the birds that were resting on the nearby trees.
A heavy sigh escaped the young girl's lips as she sat down and rested her head on the palm of her hand.
She stayed like this for a few minutes when all of a sudden an idea struck her mind. As her lips curved into a devilish smile, she ran off to the direction of Giyuu's estate.
As she approached Giyuu's estate, she could hear the sound of a blade swinging and heavy panting from around the corner. (I know what you guys are thinking, but nO)
Deciding it was not good to interrupt his training, she waited patiently behind the corner.
She also didn't want to see Giyuu being a... Mess. Her imagination could run wild, and that was the last thing she wanted to.
The fact was that she fell hard for the raven-haired man, so she tried to find out if he felt the same way about her. Well, it was kinda hard considering his usual hard-to-read self.
She was too occupied by her thoughts that she didn't notice the male standing centimetres behind her until he said in his smooth voice: "What are you doing here, [L/N]?"
"Giyuu, I told you to call me [Y/N]-" Her eyes were met with a pair of dark ones and a tall sweating figure.
"What are you doing here?" Giyuu asked once again.
"I-I was j-just, I-" she stuttered. She tried to distract herself somehow, so she looked at the ground and tried to find something interesting.
The girl gulped, and even though she was a blushing mess, she managed to say a proper sentence: "I-I was bored, so I wanted to see what are you doing," That wasn't a lie, but it wasn't the entire truth either.
Giyuu stayed silent after your response, so you thought that you were annoying. "I-I'm sorry, if I knew you were training, I wouldn't come," you said in a stressed voice and waved your hands around.
"N-no, it's okay, I just... Didn't think anybody would want to... Visit me," he quietly said, and you looked at his face.
Well, he was blushing.
This threw you off guard a little bit, and your mind, in a state of panic, just shut off, which made you did what you did.
You gently embraced the taller male and started to rub circles on his back.
After not receiving a response, you withdrawer yourself from his body.
"I-I'm sorry that must have felt uncomfortable... I better get going-" as you turned your back and was ready to leave, a strong hand grabbed yours.
"No, please don't," Giyuu softly spoke as his voice broke at the end of the sentence and you turned around.
He embraced you so quickly, that you didn't even saw his face and reaction.
But soon, you registered him shaking a little bit and something wet landed on your cheek.
You quickly broke the hug and looked into his face with both of your hands on his shoulders.
The sight broke you.
Giyuu Tomioka was in front of you, his eyes and red and full of tears while shaking, biting his lip to prevent him from whimpering.
He quickly wiped his tears, but you still stood there, your eyes showing sadness.
"I-I'm just not used to it, that's all," after a while, he said, still shielding his face with his arms.
"Giyuu, please look at me," you said, with calm and collected voice. He looked at you, and you cupped his cheeks.
With your face showing determination, you strictly said: "Please, don't ever listen to anyone who's mocking you. Especially Shinobu. I know how far she can sometimes go with her 'games', so please if it's bothering you, just let me know,"
His face wasn't as red as before, and you saw his eyes glancing at your lips for a second.
You understand what he meant, and weigh a little hesitation, you both leaned in.
After a second, your lips met and you both melted into the kiss. Both of you synced and your lips dancing, after a while you pulled away, taking heavy intakes of breath.
You smiled, and Giyuu could swear that his cold heart melted.
