"But we're just friends Kirstie?" Scott said as Mitch had run out to get Starbucks as Scott was looking at the ring he bought for him as Kirstie was sitting on his bed.
She shrugged "So? You love him...right?" Scott nodded as he closed the ring box "yeah. But I mean how do I just go from being best friends to proposing to him? I mean, does he even feel the same way?"
Kirstie nodded "I can see it in his eyes Scott. He loves you...he wants to be with you. Also, you guys already act like y'all are together so what the difference...how are you gonna do it by the way?" Scott smiled "during a Superfruit episode." Kirstie squealed "awww, well I gotta go but good luck. You obviously won't need it but still." Scott laughed and they hugged as she left.
A few minutes later Mitch walked in with two Starbucks drinks and gave Scott one "hey fucker." Scott smiled "hey bitch. Ready to film for Superfruit?" Mitch nodded and they got the camera set up and sat down to film.
Scott started the camera and they both started the video "Hiiii!" Mitch yelled as Scott said "Hi, welcome to Superfruit, the best show on the internet. My name is engagement." He said in a joking manner.
Mitch laughed "Engagement? Well, my name is Marriage." Scott smiled as he explained how they were doing a Q&A.
They we're almost done with the Q&A when Scott said "Ok so this is the last question and Melanie asks "will you guys ever get married, y'all are so cute, love you qweens." And we love you Melanie." He looked at Mitch who was laughing "ummm, who knows? Anything could happen."
Scott bit his lip as he said "funny you should ask because-" he looked at Mitch and says "I know we're best friends but I have been starting to get feelings for you...strong feelings that a friend shouldn't have for a friend and I love you...more than a friend." Mitch furrowed his eyebrows "Scott, stop playing. You're teasing the kids." He said trying to laugh it off.
Scott shook his head and grabbed Mitch's hand as he got down on one knee and took out a black velvet ring box "Mitch...I love you and I can't imagine a life with out you in it. So with out further ado...." He opens the ring box to show a beautiful engagement ring "will you, Mitchell Coby-Michael Grassi, be my forever lover?"
Mitch covered his mouth in shock as he just stared at the ring "I-I...Scott...." Scott waited in anticipation for what felt like forever before Mitch finally said "yes...OH MY GOD YES!" Scott slipped the ring on Mitch's finger and they shared a sweet real kiss (other than the lala land medley.)
"I love you." Scott whispered as Mitch whispered "I love you too."
