I woke up around 1 p.m. I really didn't want to get up but I did anyway.
I checked my phone and seen a message from josh.
"Hey, I'm sorry about what happened yesterday day. I still love you."
"Hello?"
"Why aren't you at school?"
"HELLO? I know you can see my messages."
"Fine whatever. You're a whore anyway. Rot in hell."
"Isn't that my line?" I thought to myself as I threw my phone in my bed.
My mom had walked into my room.
"Layla? Are you awake?" She asked.
"She's not here." I said turning on my shower.
"Yes she is and I need to talk to her." She said and walked into the bathroom, luck for me I was already in the shower.
"What happened at school?" She said and sat on the toilet.
"I just took your advice." I said.
"I said to fight for him, not fight the girl that clings to him." She said a bit annoyed.
"Yeah okay mom." I said washing my hair.
"Well apparently it worked because he's coming to get me after school." I said.
"Really?" She said.
"Yes mom." I said
"We'll see my advice worked." She said getting off the toilet.
"Didn't you just-" She cut me off.
"Yeah MY advice." She said and walked out.
"So I guess she's not mad." I thought to myself.
Later*
I heard a beep outside. When I looked out the window I seen mattias car.
I ran downstairs and said bye to my mom.
"Bye don't do anything I wouldn't." She screamed before u shut the door.
I got in the front seat.
"Hey." He said and looked at me. I seen him grip the steering wheel a little.
"Hey." I said and buckled my seatbelt.
"So?" He said and put the car in drive.
It was kinda uncomfortable, but I did agree to this.
"Let's be friends today and see where it goes."I said.
"Yeah, I like that." He said unenthusiastic.
"Let's go to Walmart." I said and plugged my phone into the aux.
"For what?" He asked.
"Don't worry, you'll see." I said with a small smile.
"Okay then to Walmart it is." He said and turned off my street.
