Chapter 16

As I arrived at my apartment I started to unpack my stuff. I looked down at my phone twenty missed calls between them both ten voicemails and over twenty texts I thought to myself might be better to switch phone off have time to myself get some of the work I needed to get done by tomorrow.

I tried my best to do work but I couldn't stop thinking of them both they looked so sad am feeling sad and lonely and missing then but I honestly can't be everything they want me to be am a very strong independent women.

The tears kept falling from my eyes I really wanted to contact them but knew it was best to have space and time away. I looked at the clock it was five now my door was knocking I didn't want to answer door in case it was them but it kept knocking so I stood up to answer door.

As I approached door I was thinking what would I say if it was them.
I opened door it was the pizza boy I didn't order pizza but the order was mines and was my favourite the boy said we usually don't deliver anything else but the man paid extra for me to make sure you also got this card he handed it over to me along with pizza said have a nice night then left.

I closed door went over to table and opened card am sorry if we came on strong we don't want to lose you please forgive us JJ.
Ps enjoy the pizza as you left before lunch we hope to hear from you soon all our love JJ.

The tears flowed even more I didn't know what to do for the best.
I opened the pizza box and started to eat I decided to turn my phone back on. They really did want to get a hold of me I decided to call Jodie to explain to her and maybe she can explain to John on my behalf.

We where on the call for over half an hour I tried to be as nice as possible rejecting the credit card and saying how I want to pay my own way and if this was not possible then I think we would be better going our own ways as I was never going to be a kept women in anyway.

Jodie seemed to understand what I was saying and where I was coming from but John would be a different story she also asked if I would come back to there's tonight I said "no" she cried and said "please" so I said "I will come once you have spoken to John about our whole phone conversation and he's totally happy with it so I will get off the call just now let you and John speak and you can call me after your chat how does that sound" she replied "ok love you hopefully see you later".

An hour passed still no call from Jodie I was thinking ahh maybe John not happy for me to be an independent women I thought give her another half hour then I would go for shower.

Well well that half hour went fast no call so I decided to go for shower as have to get early night for work. As washing in shower I thought was I being unreasonable was I asking to much I was getting a headache with all the questions spinning in my head I turned off the shower and headed to my room to get ready.

I looked at phone five missed calls three from Jodie and two from John along with 1 text message from each of them .

I read Jodie text first it said hi babes I explained everything to John he says he's happy to go along with what you want but please bare with him as he might make mistakes along the way please come home tonight Jodie.

I read John text Emma darling am so sorry for offending you today I just wanted to treat you like the queen you are please don't let this ruin things for us all I will try to change please come back tonight.

I believe what I read by them both so decided I would head back to there place so I packed up my things and took what I needed for work and grabbed my car key to head for there place.

Shit I don't have my car it's back at there place. I headed back in to my apartment and called a taxi I decided not to call either of them I would just turn up at there place.

As I got to there door I could hear Jodie sobbing really loud oh had they got bad news maybe I best head back to mines they she shouted at John "this is your fault you came on to strong now we have lost her for good".

Oh my god it was me who caused this upset they where upset over me I couldn't listen to anymore.

I opened the door to there apartment......
