Y/N POV

Taehyung and I sat next to each other in the classroom. It was quite awkward to be honest, he couldn't even look me in the eyes. I can't actually believe that he was the boy that got pushed against the lockers this morning by Namjoon.

As I get to have a closer look at him he seems even more innocent and harmless, why would Namjoon do something like that? What could this boy possibly do wrong?

It this point we still haven't exchanged a word between each other, making it even more awkward. He hasn't looked me in the eyes or tried to insinuate anything to get started.

Maybe he is just shy?

"So... Taehyung right?" I asked, trying to make conversation.

"Y-yes, that's m-me haha" he said clearly nervous.

Was he maybe nervous because I sat next to him instead of opposite to him? Maybe I should try to make him feel more comfortable!

"Well, tell me something about yourself! What do you like to do in your free time?" I asked whilst smiling at him as he looked in my direction with a serious expression plastered on his face.

"Sorry Y/N, b-but I'm just here to tutor you, nothing more..." he said, making a blush creep up on my cheeks.

"Ah I see, sorry..." I said slightly embarrassed. Stupid Y/N!

"I suggest we start with math since the period exam is coming up and it seems to be the course you have most difficulties with, am I right?" He said with more confidence this time.

"Y-yes... I just don't get it to be honest, like, not at all" I said ashamed making him chuckle.

"Well, why don't we start with week 1 and go through the assignments and material? If you don't understand something I'm explaining feel free to ask" he said in a serious tone.

"Okay! Let's get to it then!" I said trying to sound as motivated as possible.

I hate math, mainly because I just don't understand it. It's like trying to read a book in a language you don't understand, impossible.

This is never going to work

"I get it!!!! I can't believe it!!" I nearly screamed out of happiness as Taehyung laughed at my silly behaviour.

"Well, you did it all yourself! You should be proud" he said smiling at me.

"Thank you..." I said smiling back.

We managed to go through the first 2 weeks of study material and assignments. With the help of Taehyung, I was able to understand explanation our teacher had given during class. When I finally understood, I was able to do the assignments without nearly any mistakes.

I can't believe he managed to help me as much as he did. Perhaps I just needed a bit of help, maybe I'm not stupid after all. If I pay more attention in class I might actually be able to do this!

It was getting late and we finished all of the material we had planned for today. Taehyung gave me a schedule with the topics we would be discussing in the following sessions. We started packing up our stuff and getting ready to head home.
