Arriving at the shield this morning was a mess. I was told to wear a business suit as I was to briefly meet Alexander Pierce and then attend some meetings. I have to say asking me to come in when still trying to get over the fact I watched my boss die in front of me last night was very selfish of them. But that is how Shield works. Meeting Mr. Pierce was quite intimidating. He has such a different way of thinking than Nick. But I met him and I really wasn't in the mood for meetings. I haven't seen Steve at all yet. I hope he is okay.

My next meeting was at the entrance level. Everyone seemed to be at work today. It was busier than usual. *Loud crash from the ceiling* I whip my head around seeing Steve on the ground with Glass everywhere. I race over to him.

Steve!" I help him up.

"We gotta go," He grabs his arm and rushes me to his motorcycle.

"What the hell happened?!" I asked while rushing on his bike.

"I don't know, they are calling me a fugitive. They think I had something to do with Nick's death." we ride out into the road when a helicarrier points its gun at us.

"Captain Rogers and Agent Williams. Stand down I repeat Stand down!" Oh, great guess that makes us both fugitives.

"Do you trust me? '' He looks back at me for a moment.

"Yes, but what are you gonna do?" I shout as the wind blows rapidly in my face.

"Just keep driving the motorcycle," I don't like the sound of it but I do what he says.

I pick up full speed and move from underneath the helicarrier. I get myself away far enough to see what happened behind me. 'Did he just take that whole thing down'.

He gets back on the bike. "We have to get somewhere safe."

I knew going back to my apartment would be the worst thing we could do. So instead We went to the local gym that on occasions Steve and I would work out in. Luckily, we both had the sense to put emergency clothes in our lockers. I also put some emergency cash and other essentials just in case.

"We need to go back to the hospital," Steve tells me as we get back on the bike praying that no one notices us.

"What why?" Why would we back to somewhere we could get caught?

"The drive."

I was able to send a quick text to Nat telling her to meet us at the hospital. Luckily, my phone has a ghost chip so it can't be traced.

"Oh no," Steve's face turns to worry looking at the vending machine.

"Don't tell me you stuck the drive in there," my voice becomes stern with him. On what planet did he think that was a good idea. *pop* I see Nat chew a piece of gum behind us. Steve pushes her against the wall in one of the rooms.

"Where is it?" he yanks off his hood.

"Safe," Nat shoots back. They continue to banter for another moment before I step in.
