Lyn's pov

"Lyn why are you so quiet?"
Mattia asked me which snapped me out of my thoughts

"Um I'm not being q- quiet"
I said

"You've been acting off all day lyn what's wrong?"
Brook said the whole table looked at me with a concerned look on their face

"I'm not acting off"
I said with a nervous chuckle

"Lyn tell us what's wrong we're your friends"
Ale said

"Guys I'm serious there's nothing wrong"
I said

"Lyn just tell us what's wrong"
Kai said

"I SAID NOTHINGS WRONG!!"
I yelled then covered my mouth
Then mattia grabbed my arm not hard or anything
But i needed to go
So i snatched my arm away
And got up and ran out of
The school

And straight to my secret spot and straight to my journal
I opened it and started writing
The reason I'm "acting off"
Is because my dad is coming to visit us and by us I mean mom, Marcos, and mason And my mom is letting him stay untill Thanksgiving
That's like forever

And she knows how much I hate him
And she knows how much he hurt me
But she still sees him as the good guy
The only good thing that is coming out of this is that Mason is staying home until Thanksgiving too
But ugh

I hate my mom right now why would she let him stay in the house
It's like she doesn't care about me
But i hate that m-

"Hey lyn"
Mattia said while sitting next to me
I quickly closed my journal and slid it to the side

"I'm sorry"
I said about to cry

"Hey hey hey hey"
He said while pulling me into a hug
And rubbing my back

"I'm sorry"
I said again while crying into his shoulder

"For What what are you sorry for"
Mattia said

"I'm sorry for lashing out on you guys i didn't mean to"
I said sobbing
This is why i write in the journal
I don't like crying in front of anyone

"Hey it's not your fault somethings going on and it's bothering you and we kinda pushed it it's ok if you don't want to tell us just know we're here for you and when your ready you can tell but i understand if your not ready"
Mattia said and i started to calm down

"Ok thank you"
I said

"No problem"
He said and wiped my face

"Do you mind telling me what you were writing in there"
Mattia said while pointing to my journal

"Um- my feelings"
Is all I said

"Hm so a dairy"

"It's not a dairy it's a journal"
I said

"Sorry a journal....... Do you mind me asking what's bothering you?"
Mattia asked

"You can't tell anyone only brook because she'll get mad if your the only one who knows things about me"
I said

"Ok ya"
He said while nodding his head

"Ok..... So my mom is letting my dad stay with us untill Thanksgiving and she knows how much we hate eachother and she lets him stay but the good thing is that Mason comes home and he's staying untill thanksgiving too but I still don't like the fact that he's here and my mom has late hours all the time so whenever I'm home I'll be home with him and mason and marcos"

"Well you can stay at my house untill then"
Mattia said which made me laugh

"I can't stay at your house forever"
I said

"That's what you think"
He said

"But seriously if he does anything just call me and I'll be there for you ok"

"Ok thank you mattia"

"Your welcome"
