This unique creature looks to be half bird, half reptilian. From this I believe its habitat would be something like a rainforest. Many trees for it to be in, but lots of moisture.
It would bathe and wade in water like a duck, lay eggs, and keep to itself. Its diet would be mice and things like fish, small warm blooded creatures. It'd be a type of hunter, not able to spot things that well from above but I think it'd make a nest that is far enough from the ground, or even make a nest in a cave.
More with soft material than sticks, etc. It does not strike me as something that would make much sound or screech. I would probably be apart of the clade group/classification as I imagine it descended from dragons.
With the head of a reptile and the body of a bird, it has the characteristics of that species. The teeth make it seem like it could be rather vicious, and bite or use its talons as a defense mechanism. It'd be like a bird when it comes to mating...
It would probably stay within a flock or group whilst keeping its space, but I don't think it'd be alone too much. I wonder what it would be called..
