"Pasta swirls and mince sauce." My mother commented. I glanced at her in annoyance at her long windedness. I shredded Parmesan cheese over it and stood up,heading to the kitchen. "Going to the kitchen?" Ah, Ryan makes an appearance. "Go on stating the obvious, Captain Obvious." I replied snarkily. "That some old school retorting." He smirked. I just stuck my plate in the microwave,with a shake of my head and watched the cheese melt.
"Yo, I'm 'tellin ya, that's disgusting." Step bro AKA Ryan,muttered again. I dropped my fork in frustration. "How about you shut your pie hole of a mouth, or shove some food in it." I retorted. "Language" my mother said. "But of course" I said mockingly. "You have no respect for me or your..." She continued. "My appetite has gone with my respect." I countered and slid out of my chair with a screech. "Y'all a circus." Ryan said in amusement. "Shut it." My mother replied, all the while glaring at me. I left out the front door, with a last call of "Now that's a first."
'Where to go' I wondered. Ah, my cove. Well that's what I thought until I saw the shadow, hunched there, sketching and painting. "Hey you ,this my spot." I said, flopping down beside the person. I threw my hand around the persons shoulder. Suddenly, I was staring into the most metallic grey eyes I had ever seen, framed with perfectly long and slender lashes. "Are you an angel" I asked, quite stupidly. Laughter greeted me in reply...
