The next day at the Hackerspace...

Sally has gotten used to the 5 new people and is getting along nicely. She hasn't shown signs of wanting to talk to me so I guess I'll need to be the one to start it. The question is, will she listen and not just flip me off. She was around 8 when I entered the time loop but now she looks to be about 13. A lot of time has passed since then, or something else happened between the incident and her coming  here. Either way she may just curse me to the deepest bits of Hell and storm off. I need to try though, otherwise I may just call myself a coward. Here goes nothing and pretty much everything at the same time.

30 minutes and a lot of yelling later...

Sally stormed off. Marcus went after her with Sitara, they're going to try and calm her down. She really hates me and I don't even blame her, I would hate me too. I took her only family from her. She was murdered by her uncle and the rest of the family didn't even care about her enough to identify her. They left her body unidentified at the morgue where she stayed. She came to the purgatory with trust issues and a bunch of other problems that she shouldn't have. Slenderman had to build her trust in him from scratch. And I've just dismantled that in a matter of hours. She told me to stop acting like there was ever a friendly relation between us to begin with. Have I misread her before? Was I really oblivious to something like that? I need to clear my head in order to think logically. I go through the shop and the front door, I take a right from the corner of the street and walk off. I think I hear something odd in the shadows of the alleys like somebody was whispering to me. Following behind me and whispering. The things being said were really basic like; If you just follow me it'll be okay, There's somebody waiting for you, Don't you want to be loved as well. Like somebody whispering sweet nothings into your ear to calm you down after an argument. It's tempting, tempting to a point when you don't even know if you want to refuse. The feeling consumes you and you start walking towards the voice, but you must resist. I walk past several alleys and I see a woman in the distance move toward an alley like she's in a trance. She gets to the corner of the buildings and it's like someone pulled her in. Shortly after there's a defeaning scream from the same alley. I sprint down the street and go to the same alley only to find a lot of blood splattered across the walls and no body. What the Hell was that? Could it be we missed something when we covered up the tags? As I ponder and hear sirens from a few blocks away. I need to go, I need to get to higher ground. I take off running through the street and moving beside the traffic. First it's as if this town didn't have any residents then someone screams and the whole city comes alive. I take a few long strides and turn to an alley and come to a familiar garage door. I stare at the door then behind me and the door again. As I get my phone from my pocket I notice a text message.

Just come in. Nobody else is here now and you've been standing at the door like an idiot for too long. ~Wrench

Well that was easy. I was just about to ask if he was at the garage. I walk to the tiny door and open it to step in. I only get one foot inside before Wrench yanks me in the rest of the way. "What was that for?" I ask as I get up from the floor and dust myself off. "What happened downtown wasn't your doing, right?" he interrupts me before I can answer. "Was it that monster you told us about?" I shrug my shoulders. "I have no idea what it was but I know for a fact that it was not me and that I saw basically what happened. I have a theory but that means we need to gather everyone," I say and Wrench digs out his phone. He makes a couple phone calls and comes to my side. "Was there any other witnesses?" he asks and hands me a drink. Where did he get that from? I take the can and see a fluffy cat from the corner of my eye and know immediately that it's (fr/n). She's been following Wrench around and probably tries to get him to talk about us. I don't know if she's been successful or not. "The whole street got quiet for the time being before the scream was heard. Like something made sure only I would notice the woman walking into the alley. I ran to the alley after the scream and it was just gross, blood everywhere and no body. I left when I heard sirens and people started to appear out of nowhere," I say and he nods just as his mask flashes a bunch of different emoticons. Shortly the door opens and in walks Josh and Ray. Then a few minutes later Sitara and Marcus, followed by still sulking Sally.
