Disbelieve still coursed through me. But I knew Becca wasn't lying. It takes a lot to convince her of something, she wouldn't have said that if she didn't think it was true.

Maybe if I showed this "evidence" to my mom she'll tell me something...

"Hey lets go ask my mom about this, see if she tells us anything,".

"Oh your mom left as I came in. She said she was going to the store or something,".

"Alright then, guess we'll ask her later. Let's go play just dance in the living room until she gets home."

"Ok! Race ya down there!"

We both tore out of my room, half shoving each other down the stairs. She started setting up the Wii while I got the remotes out.

Playing Just Dance is always interesting at my house. There's a large set of windows on the wall that faces the road. The TV is on the opposite wall. Every time we play it we risk someone from outside seeing us get crazy with it.

That's the fun part. We always over exaggerate the moves to make it more interesting.

Becca picked the first song. I could never remember the actual name of it so I always called it "The Booty Shaker" (it has a lot of crazy moves with your hips before you add in our exaggeration).

We got to the chorus where the best moves were. We were laughing and nailing every move when we heard the door bell ring.

We both squealed and hit the floor. I paused the game so we could hear what was going on outside.

There was a vehicle in the driveway.

I climbed up on the couch which was right infront of the giant window. Slowly, I peeked over the side just in time to see a FedEx truck leaving.

I stood up sighing, "It was just a FedEx truck,".

"I hope he didn't see us! I was getting in the zone! And you know how I get when I'm in the zone!"

"Yeah same here! We were really rocking it!" We laughed, "Let's see what he left on the pourch,".

We both went over to the door and slowly opened it. There was a white box sitting up against the house. I picked it up and read the name, "It's too my mom,".

"Wonder what it is,".

"Don't know, we'll find out later when she opens it,".

I set the box on the stairs and we carried on with our dancing.

About an hour later we both collapsed onto the couch, laughing and breathing heavily.

"Ok, I think we need to take a break," Becca said between breaths.

"Agreed. How about some food?"

"Pizza!!!!"

I laughed again, "You read my mind. I'm going to call my mom first, see what she's up to,".

"Ok, while you do that I'm going to get a drink of water,". She ran up the stairs and down the hallway to the kitchen while I pulled out my phone and called my mom.

She picked up almost immediately, "Hey sweetie! Anything wrong?"

"Hey mom. No nothings wrong, just wondering what you were up to. Becca said you left for the store as she came in,".

"Yeah I met your dad at the store after he got out of work so we could go out for dinner,".

"Oh yeah that's right, it's date night. Well is it cool if Becca and I get pizza?"

"Go ahead. I left you money on the counter for you earlier thinking you would probably ask that,". She laughed a little.

"Sweet, thanks. Oh by the way a package arrived for you a couple minutes ago,".

"Don't open it!!" Woah, quick response much.

"I won't, I won't, don't worry. I put it on the stairs for you,".

"Ok good. We'll be home later sweetie, you and Becca have fun,".

"Alright, see ya later mom,".

I hung up and went upstairs to find Becca.

"Hey, I overheard you on the phone. I already called the pizza guy,".

"It's a good thing you're my best friend,". We both laughed.

About ten minutes later, the doorbell rang with the arrival of our pizza. We payed the delivery guy and raced back upstairs.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I woke up sometime during the night. The pizza box was open on the end of my bed and Becca was passed out by the door. I heard my parents in the living room talking and decided to go say good night.

After carefully stepping around Becca, I walked down the hallway towards the stairs. Right before I turned the corner to go down the stairs, I heard my name come from the living room. I  stepped out and started down the stairs.

"Hey guys,". I yawned a little.

They jumped and turned to face me. Both of them had the 'oh crap' look on their faces.

"Hey sweetie," my mom walked over to me and gave me a hug, "We thought you guys were passed out hours ago,".

"Oh we were but I woke up and heard you guys talking, I figured I'd come down to say good night,"

"Ok, well goodnight sweet heart,". I gave my mom another hug and then gave my dad one.

I started back up the stairs. I stopped midway and turned back toward my parents, "Oh hey, what was in the box?"

"Oh umm..." My parents both answered at the same time and looked at each other.

"You'll find out later," my dad finished.

I will? "Ok.... Well good night guys,". I turned back around and headed back for my room.

When I got back into bed I just stared up at the ceiling. What in the world could be in that box? Why the heck can't I know about it now?

I rolled over and fell asleep.

I was sitting on my bed reading when my mom called my from downstairs.

"Caitlin! Come down here a minute!"

"Coming!" As I slipped off my  bed I thought I heard the door open and close.

I turned the corner by the stairs and looked down by the door. There, standing in the entry way, was Collins Key and his family.

I screamed and ran down the stairs. Once I reached the bottom I jumped into Collins's arms, a huge smile on both of our faces.

Once I finished hugging Collins I turned to Devan and hugged him too.

When I turned back around Collins leaned down and softly kissed me on the cheek.

I gasped and  sat straight up in my bed.
