Chapter 28- The new 'cub'

1st SEPTEMBER
Taurus' POV
"This is Nash Rigel Clinon," Leo gently handed me the small blonde baby.
"He's beautiful Leo," I smiled at the new father.
He nodded, swaying slightly.
"Hey, Lee, you okay?" Gem took his shoulder.
"I guess.. I just... I don't know how to be a dad. I'm a child myself. And V- goodness how do I deserve her? My own dad sold me to the circus," he collapsed in his female best friend's arms.
"Hey. It's okay. I think Aries and Scorpio were scared of the exact same thing, right Ari?" Gem looked at the red head for help.
"I was terrified before Cal was born Lee. Scorpio had a full breakdown when we were making Hunter's bookshelves, V told us some good advice that Can told her- it's a kid, a baby, you're bound to mess up, it's your first try, you learn as you go along,"
"I sound so wise when you say it like that," Cancer mused as Hunter started fussing.
"Dada!"
"I should go outside. Congrats though Leo," Cancer gave him a small smile before leaving the room.
"It's getting harder for them both every day," Mini sighed.
"I think Scorpio needs some sense knocked into him. I know he likes the army, the family he's sort of created, and the feeling of himself protecting others, since he couldn't protect himself from his own family. But he doesn't need to prove anything to anyone," Virgo mumbled sleepily.
"How can you be so wise after having a baby? I was babbling incessantly!" Pisces whined.
"You talk how you always talk sweetheart," Aries grinned at her.
I turned back to Leo. "You're gonna be a great dad don't worry," I gave him back his son.
He gave me a grin and went over to Virgo's beside. She beamed and kissed his cheek as he put their son in her arms.
"Kids are so cute," I heard Sagi mumbled beside me.
"You're so cute," I whispered inaudibly.
"Aw thanks Taur. You're pretty cute too,"
"W-wha? T-thanks," I stuttered.
"I'd love to go for coffee sometime. Tell me the details,"
"I can't wait!"
"Great!"
So now I was going on a date with Sagittarius.
