So there's this place called Milson City. It was basically a broken down city that nobody wanted to help, brick buildings crushed, old broken down cars, people eating the rich city's table scraps, and how did this start?? It all started about 50 years ago when we used to be a rich city. The 2nd richest actually. Our mayor got caught up it trying to be the richest to where he forbid us, his people, to spend any of our money how we wanted. We had to give it all up to the government for "bills" but nobody bought that, and so people rebelled. That rebellion went on for a year, it wasn't worth it though. We lost. We're not the 2nd richest city anymore. In fact we are the least richest city now. The government says to get us back to our place as the second richest city we must come together as one and form peace. To this, they created the "soul system" as they call it, it's where you are born and raised in the household of you parents till age 16, after you and your supposably soulmate turn 16 you are both taken to your new house to live together and have a "happily ever after" That is, until the system malfunctions
