one dumb thing + the psiioniic speculation

feferi and nepeta realized they had the same nickname for sollux when they were on the meteor. nepeta's was pawlux, because paw = cat pun. feferi's was pollucks because pollucks = fish.

thats the one dumb thing because if i didnt write it, i would have forgot.

psiioniic speculation:

he's pretty much the same as mituna who i described in a previous chapter. he's proud of his psionics, cocky, and likes to push people's buttons; however, it's well known the alternian trolls didn't have as peaceful an upbringing as beforans. he had his lusus killed and was taken at 5 sweeps to serve purple bloods for the rest of his life.

they didn't have the same needs as seadwellers, like to get off the planet and stuff, so he was not grafted to a helm (as a child.) that being said, he was still a slave who worked til his powers made him sick.

basically, the only thing of significance that happened: he got somewhat in to the highblooded religion. i mean he just believed there was an afterlife and a God - maybe even 2, nothin crazy.

he never got into skateboarding and when he escaped slavery, he was an adult (8 sweeps.)

then he joined the signless (sorry this part of the story is short, im trying not to explain canon things)

he still cussed and slurred, although he stopped the slurring for kankri like kankri learned to cuss for him.

he was still scared of girls - like i mentioned mituna was - mostly because they were all highbloods. except... the dolorosa. he respected the disciple and talked to her because she was his moirail's catgirlfriend, but he actually appreciated the dolorosa (porrim.) it helped that she was, in his own words, "hot" - which he told kankri because haha funny.

Porrim knew about his crush and acted more flirtacious when he was nearby just to embarass Kankri. They didnt have a huge age difference, making this really gross and awful - Mituna was like, troll legal. Plus Porrim was only joking and she would never date her junior.

After Kankri died, he turned himself in to the condesce willingly. In his mind, he hoped that by flying her ship, he could crash it and kill her. And then be too dead to see what monster takes her place.

However, he quickly discovered how little the helmsman could do in that regard. At best, he annoyed the shit out of condy when she actually checked on him and developed the world's most disgusting pitch crush.

Also he used slurs again since his friend was kaput. But hey, he only kinda sorta hated women now- at least until he died and got away from condy. Then fuck them.

So yeah thats what i think would be different about mituna and well, mituna. Its also how mituna wouldve turned out had he not been hit in the pan; a calmer, colder, funnier man. he would have gotten along with rose, jane, feferi, and sollux (at least until he wore him down with his high energy and sense of adventure.)
