Audrey Pullman as yourself
—
Maths has always been my least favorite subject. In all honesty, I'm not very smart. I mean I passed with As and Bs but never one to be gifted with brains.
I rest my head on my hand. Staring up at the chalk board as the teacher talks on and on about things I'll never actually need to know in the future.
Instead of paying attention I turn my head towards the window. Looking out into the grassy area behind the entrance gate. Just then, a crumbled up piece of paper in thrown at me.
I raise my eyebrows, bending down to pick it up from the wooden floor. I open the note up carefully under the desk. "Wanna skip?" It says.
I look around the classroom wondering who had thrown the paper. Then Felix and I make eye contact. He raises his eyebrows in question. He must've written it.
—
Felix, like the rule breaker he is, just got up from his seat and left. No one seemed phased of course and the teacher just continues giving the lesson.
I raise my hand in the air. "Yes Ms. Pullman?" She says. "May I go to the restroom?" She nods as I'm excused.
—
"There you are." I smile as I see him leaning against the hallway walls. Hands in his trouser pockets and a put out cigarette next to his shoe.
"Knew you'd come." He smirks. "Really?" I say, raising my eyebrows. "I'm irresistible." He whispers. "That you are."
—
He lights another smoke as we sit in a tree. "Where do you get them?" I ask. "Get what." "Your cigs." "We rarely ever go to the shops, so how do you always have them?"
"Friends." He laughs. I chuckle again while nodding. "So tell me a little more about yourself Audrey." He smirks.
"Well." I sigh. "There's a few things." I smile. "I live just outside of London." "I have a younger brother, tho he doesn't attend Domesdale." I point out. "Umm.. I visit my grandparents a lot, they live in France." I say even though he already knows.
"I really like The Beatles and well.. my favorite color's green." I say finally, looking back at him. "Tell me a bit about you." I smirk.
He chuckles, putting out the smoke and crossing his arms leaning back. "Well.." "My family and I just moved to the countryside recently." "I also have a brother." "My favorite color is blue." "Anddd.. I like reading." He says slyly.
I gasp teasingly. "Felix Blackwood reads?" "Interesting." I smirk. He punches my arm playfully while laughing. "Yes." He smiles.
—
We decide to lay in the grass after our little get-to-know-each-other thing. I love being around him. He makes me feel something I just can't explain. It's like a wave of relief and pure bliss.
He runs my hair through his hands. Humming a tune quietly while my head is rested on his leg. "I like you Audrey.. a lot." He says out of nowhere.
I look back up at him. "Really?" I ask quietly. He glances down at me. "Of course."
His lips find there way to mine. He holds my face and runs his hands through my dark golden locks. I hum into the kiss as his tongue finds it's way into my warm mouth.
"Felix." I breathe as his lips attach to my neck softly. "Yes love?" His hot breath tickles against my skin. "We- we should stop."
"Are you okay?" He asks pulling away. "Yes." I breathe shakily whilst smiling. "It's just, classes are almost over and anyone could see us at any moment." "I would love that." He smirks as I punch his arm playfully.
