Chapter 12

Harry's POV

My wolf instincts were driving me crazy. They were all over the place and I had to constantly try and keep control of myself to not jump onto every living thing that approached Draco. I became so protective it was tiring the both of us but I couldn't help it. And with Cedric here, things were ten times more difficult. I watched in every direction all the time to try and avoid him as best as I could but he always seemed to be a step ahead and he always found a way to find me. He would constantly talk me into breaking up with my boyfriend -that nobody knew was Draco- and get me to be with him. He even did that when I was with Draco, he would say nasty thing without knowing that the person he was talking about was standing there, right in front of him while I had to physically hold myself back.

"Hey babe" Cedric said as he stepped in front of me out of nowhere. I stopped walking, putting a hand over my chest as I was startled and glared at him. He chuckled and stepped closer to me.

"Don't call me that" I said with anger. He had been stopping me like that and calling me 'babe' for the passed week and I was seriously getting sick of it.

"Aw don't be like that" he said, pouting. I cringed and tried to walk around him to go to the great hall. "Where do you think you are going?" he asled with a smirk as he stepped in my way again.

"Move" I said but he shook his head while smiling like a jerk.

"Nuh-uh" he said, teasingly and stepped closer to me again. I took a step back but he stepped forward again until my feet touched the bottom of the staircase I had just walked away from. I stopped to not fall and he took this as an advantage, wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me against his chest. I put my hands on his arms and tried to push him away.

"Stop fighting me, kitten" he whispered in my ear.

"Don't call me that" I spat and he chuckled.

"Why? You used to love it" he said smuggly and I huffed.

"I never liked it, I just pretended to because you liked to call me that" I replied and his grip tightened a bit on my waist.

"Harry?" Someone called and I looked behind Cedric to see Hermione and Ron standing there and looking at us with a knowing smirk. I scowled and used some of my wolf strength to push Cedric away from me. He stumbled a few steps back and looked at me surprised.

"Why didn't you tell us you two got back together, mate?" Ron asked and I glared.

"We didn't" I replied "I have a boyfriend" I said and walked away and into the great hall. I sat next to Draco who asked me immediately what was wrong. I told him what had happened and he scowled angrily while grumbling insults about Cedric.

The whole castle found out that I had a secret boyfriend -thanks to Cedric- and were bothering me 24/7 so I would tell them who it was. Ginny had been a pain in the ass, she would call out for me and ask me again and again if I was still with my boyfriend and when I replied that I was, she would ask me why with tears in her eyes until I told her that I needed to go. Curiously enough, nobody thought about Draco which was pretty obvious even though we didn't do anything couple like in front of anyone we still spent all our time together, we both had a secret boyfriend and Draco was pregnant. I had no idea that a whole bloody school could be that oblivious. Not that I wanted them to find out either. I came to like the secrecy and privacy we had. I became quite suspicious of Hermione, she seemed to be behaving weirdly around Draco and every time he would come back from doing his homework with her, he would be jumpy and overall out of character. That's why I started to come along to those little homework meeting which annoyed Draco because he thought I didn't trust him to be fine on his own even though it was Hermione I didn't trust. Of course I didn't say the reason why I was coming along to him nor her, I just came without a word and they would just go with it.
