I woke up early this morning. My legs were sore, i looked down at my thighs and i had purple tints on them. I laughed a little. I couldnt wait to see him, i think i messed up and fell head over heels for this boy. I Did my make up and put on my cutest leggings and over sized long sleeve shirt. Curled my hair and sprayed my perfume. I grabbed Monty's jacket and cradled it in my arms I went to the kitchen where my mom was drinking her coffee. Her eyes got wide

"Wow you look great. AND you got his jacket"
"Thanks mom, yea it was cold out last night so he lent it to me" I smiled. "I gotta give it back to him" i played it off like i wasn't crushing.
"Do you want a ride to school?" She asked
"No Monty is taking me" she smiled a devious smile
"Wow two days in a row you must like him" she smiled
"Were lab partners, we're going to discuss our project we're doing" she smiled
"Uh huh that's why you're all dressed up" she laughed. She kissed my cheek and headed off to work. I waited, getting more nervous by the minute. i kept checking the time, which was making it go by even slower. i huffed loudly 

At 7:30 Monty pulled in my driveway and blew the horn. I smiled and fixed my lip gloss I grabbed my back pack and pulled his jacket on and went to his jeep. I hopped in and he was smiling.

"Good morning beautiful" he kissed my cheek.
"Good morning" I said.
"You look extra happy this morning, how are you feeling?" he joked. I just laughed and laced my fingers with his.
"Let's go get coffee" he said as he backed out of my driveway 

"Are we actually getting Coffee this time?" I asked him jokingly

"Of course, we cant do that this morning, you're legs might fall off" We both laughed. 

He brought our coffees out as I sat waiting in his jeep. Justin spotted me and he came to the window,
"Hey. What are you guys doing?" He said with a smile.
"Just going to school" Monty said, he winked and smiled at me. I smiled to. Justin's eyes flicked between us.
"Sure." He said suspiciously "I'll see you guys in a few." He smiled
"Bye" I waved at him, Monty nodded his head at him, Justin squinted his eyes at us like he knew exactly what we had done the night before

"Why do you look different Alyssa" Justin asked

"What do you mean?" I played it off, but my face turning a deep red

"I don't know, you just look different" He shook his head like he was trying to shake the feeling off. "Anyways I'll see you guys in a few" He smiled and walked towards Monet's. Monty grinning at the color of my face. 

Monty and I drove off towards the school. He held my thigh the entire way. As we drove through the parking lot, people were starring. Mouths dropping, seeing me and Monty was a shock to everyone. 

Monty parked and we grabbed our back packs. He opened my door for me. He laced his fingers with mine, everyone started staring and whispering. I looked around at everyone. 
"Monty we aren't dating" I said
"So, I can still hold your hand" I smiled and we walked hand in hand into school.

 Mouths dropping when they saw we were holding hands AND I had his jacket on, I proudly walked beside Monty, who was high fiving everyone of his team mates that he passed. We walked through the school towards my locker, and that's when the real test began. 

 We saw Tyler Down coming towards us. I held my breath, I could feel Monty staring a hole through this tall skinny boy. Tyler was my friend, I couldn't let Monty hurt him. 

"Don't you say a word to him Monty" I said sternly pointing my finger in his face
"Yes ma'am" he smiled and gave me scouts honor that he wouldn't. 

"Hey guys can I get a picture of you two for the yearbook" Tyler asked nervously. I looked at Monty and without hesitation he said

"Sure Tyler" Monty wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my cheek. I smiled big, Tyler snapped the picture.
