Chapter 6

Emma's P.O.V
I got dressed and waited by the bus stop. I hopped on the bus and sat in my usual spot the back.
"Hey look everyone the skank Emma. Who did you sleep with last night? Alex asked.
"Oh she slept with me and I banged her too." One boy replied. I couldn't wait for this day to be over.
AT SCHOOL
I walked over to my locker to find a definition of my name.
Emma
Skank, bitch, parentless, unloveable, whore, addict, slut, liar, fat and ugly.
"I bet her brother doesn't even care about her." One boy chimed in.
Why don't you just kill yourself." Another one boy chimed in.
Tears threatened to fall.
I felt people touch my shoulder.
I looked back to see Matt, Hayes, Aaron, Shawn, Taylor, The Jacks and Nash. I pushed through them and ran to the ladies bathroom.
"Emma wait." I heard Matt shout.
I ran into the ladies bathroom I sat on the toilet with my head in my knees and cried.
I sat there till lunch.
I exited the ladies bathroom and sat at the table nearest to the window.
I felt someone touch my shoulder. It was Matt.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yeah. I'm fine. It happens all the time I'm used to it." I replied.
"Emma what they put on your locker was absolutely horrible. Who does this.
Does Cameron know what has been going on."
"Everyone does it. It's something new everyday. Cameron doesn't know. Right now I don't want to add stress to his life this past month has been really hard on both of us with our parents dying and Lucy committing suicide."
"Who's Lucy?" He asked.
"She was my best friend."
Matt kisses me on the cheek and puts his arm around me. I laid my head in the crook of his neck. Tears started to stream down my cheeks. I took my hand and wiped them away before anyone could see.
The rest of the boys came and sat at the
table with us.
"Are you okay?" Hayes asked.
"I'm fine." I replied.
"What they put on your locker was horrible." Shawn said.
"I called Cameron." Aaron said.
"You did what!!" I shot up.
"He said he would be here soon."
I put my head in my hands. "No no." I moaned.
"Did I do something wrong." Aaron asked.
"No don't worry about it it's not your fault." I said.
"I should have never brought you into this mess." I said.
"Bye boys." I said.
"Wait." Matt grabbed my wrists I winced in pain. He rolled up my sleeves and saw all the cuts. All the boys gasped.
"Emma why do you do this to yourself. Jack G asked.
"Because it makes me feel better. I feel worthless, fat and ugly."
"But your so beautiful." Matt said. Cameron just texted that he is here I gotta go.
"Bye guys." I said.
I was walking in between the table. When somebody put their foot. I tripped and fell on my face dropping all my books on the floor. Matt ran over and picked me up.
"Miss. Dallas report to the principals office immediately." The lady called over the intercom.
I said goodbye to Matt and walked to my locker to put my books away.
I opened the door and noticed that the writing had been erased I a put my books away and grabbed my phone.
To: Matt, Shawn, Hayes, Aaron, Taylor, Jack G, Jack J, and Nash.

This made me smile.
I walked into the principals office Cameron stood up and gave me a big hug. "Emm look I'm so sorry I should have been there for you. I didn't know this was happening."
"Cam it's not your fault. I should have told you." I told him.
"Mr. Dallas I think Emma needs to go and see a doctor. Take a look at her wrists. Cameron rolled up my sleeve and saw the cuts. Emma how could you." He pulled me into a hug. I started to cry. He kissed my head and rubbed my back.
"Sh... it'll be okay don't worry." I stopped crying.
"I think it would be best if you took the next few weeks off." Principal Anderson said.
I shook my head.
"Okay go get your books." Cameron said.
"Mr. Dallas you need to call your parents and tell them what's happened."
"I can't." He said.
"Why not?" She asked.
"There dead." He replied.
"Mr. Dallas I'm so sorry."
"It's fine." He said.
"You need to sign some paper work." She said.
I exited the room and grabbed my books. The bell rang.
People walked past me sliding an insult.
"Why don't you just go kill yourself." Alex and Max said.
"Do you know what maybe I will." I screamed. I went and found the boys.
"I'm leaving." I said.
What!? No please. The boys said.
"Guys I'm sick I need help." I replied.
I gave all the boys a hug except for Matt.
"Can we have a minute?" Matt asked.
"How long are you leaving for?"
"3 weeks." I said.
"Emma I need to tell you this face to face. I really like you. I don't know how I'm gonna get through these three weeks. But there gonna take long."
I froze. I couldn't find the words.
So I just kissed him. I brought my lips to his and kissed them pationitally he kissed back we held the kiss for about a minute. He broke the kiss.
"I love you Matthew Lee Espinosa."
"I love you more Emma Sierra Dallas." I picked up my bag and sat in the car. We drove home and Cameron called the doctor. I ran up to my room and changed into sweats.
"Emma your appointments in an hour." He replied.
"Fine." I said. I picked up my phone and watched Vine. Matt's vines made me so happy. An hour had past and it was time to go.
I was very scared.
