*Friday*
It was finally game day. I finished school and put my blue and white uniform on and secured my white cheer bow. It was halftime and we went on the music played.

We finished our routine and got a bunch of claps from the audience.
We exited the stage and met Nina in the locker room.
"How would you guys like to go to state finals."
"What!!" We screamed.
"Mr. Carson chief of California state finals has invited you to compete."
"What, Yes!!" We screamed.
"Girls don't get all excited it would mean 4 days a week 4 hours each night it's a lot. Talk it through with your family. I'll need an answer by Monday."
The game was finished and we won.
We all ran onto the field and all the football players grabbed and hugged there cheerleader girlfriends.
We walked of the field and got changed into sweats I put on my PINK sweatpants and a Magcon hoodie. I walked out and met Matt and Gilinsky outside.
"You guys were incredible." Gilinsky said.
"How do you those flips and handsprings. Like that is unbelievable." Matt said.
Some guy named Wilkinson, Nash and Jack J came out.
"I don't believe we have met before?" Wilk said.
"I'm Emma Dallas."
"I'm Sammy Wilkinson. Are you Cameron's sister?"
"Yes."
Cameron came up behind me and scared me.
"Geez Cam don't do that."
"I just talked to your coach and you can go to that national thing."
"State finals!"
"Yes."
"Yes!" I screamed.
"Wait, What I'm confused." Matt said.
"The Mac's (that's us) have been invited to go to state finals."
"That's amazing." Matt exclaimed.
"I'm so excited! I'm gonna go tell the girls." I handed Cameron my bag.
"Emma what do you have in this."
"Bricks!" I exclaimed.
I walked into the change room.
"Emma are you going to finals?"
"Yeah!" I screamed.
"Yassss!" We screamed.
"Girls can you hurry it up I wanna try something." Coach Nina asked.
We walked out of the change room.
"Girls I need you to pick up Emma and Emma your gonna jump off the girls hands and do 3 full twists and land on your feet."
"Coach I've never done 3 full twists before and I can barely do two."
"Just try it."
I did exactly what she said and landed on my feet the first time.
The second time the girls moved as I jumped I did two twists and fell right on my ribs on the hard grass. I felt like I fell from a building and landed on the hard cement.
"Damn!!" I screamed.
"Emma are you okay?" Nina asked.
"That hurt so badly."
"Emma are you okay?" Matt asked.
"My ribs hurt a lot."
"Emma roll on your back and I'm gonna carry you to the car. Okay? On my count 1....2....3.
Cameron lifted me up.
"Ow.. Cameron that hurt."
"Sorry Emma."
"Look rehearsals start in 2 weeks. If she can't take falls like that then she should probably not be on the team." Nina said.
"Okay." Cameron said.
Cameron carried me to the car and gently put me down.
"I shouldn't have done that twist."
"Yeah no kidding." Cameron said.
"Cam don't get mad at me."
"I'm sorry I hate seeing you like this it hurts me when your hurt."
"Cameron that's so cheesy."
"I know but it's the truth."
He pulled up in the drive way and I got out of the car. I slowly walked up the steps and into the house I grabbed an ice pack and walked upstairs to my bedroom. I slipped of my uniform and looked at my chest it was bruised and red. Cameron came into my room.
"Take this aspirin and it shouldn't hurt till the morning."
I took the aspirin and set it on the dresser. Cameron carefully took his hand and dragged it along my chest.
"Oww.. Cameron that fucking hurts."
"Sorry Emma." He pressed down on a certain spot and I winced and screamed. "Sorry."
I took the aspirin and hopped in bed.
Cameron came over and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"Cameron lay with me."
"Fine."
He lifted the covers and hopped in bed.
I started to cry.
"Emma, baby, what's wrong?"
"My ribs hurt so much. What if I won't be able to cheer again. I love to cheer."
"Hey, everything will be okay."
"Promise."
"Promise."
