Villain Name: The Pillar Man

Costume: Like this minus the pocket square and jewelry.

Quirks:

-Superhuman physicality: Strength, Speed, Durability, Stamina, Senses, etc...

-Regeneration: Allows the user to heal from almost any injury. The user can also regrow lost limbs.

-Absorption: Allows the user to drain organic material of it's nutrients to strengthen the user.

-Malleable Body: The user's body can contort in unnatural ways to help for movement, attacking and withstanding attacks.

-Rib blades: The user's ribs can extend out of their body like blades. The blades are 6 feet long and can rotate.

-Wind Control: Allows the user to control wind. Examples are the "Divine Sandstorm" which spins air around the user's arms, one clockwise and the other counter clockwise. This unleashes a powerful and destructive blast. The user can also use "Wind Mode" to turn invisible. Finally the user can use a "Atmospheric Rift" to slice apart any foes. Though the rift takes time to charge and is hard to control.

-Vein Tendrils: Allows the user to extend their veins through their finger tips to use them like whips or to bind foes. The veins are durable, they can withstand knife slices.

-Burning Blood: Then user can increase the temperature of their blood to the point it melts metal. The blood can be fired from the Vein Tendrils.

-Brilliant Bone Blade: The user can extend their forearms and use them as curved blades. The blades have mini bone saws that help with slicing and grinding foes. The blades can also bend light to make a flash of blinding light.
