RAVEN POV

Now, this is a familiar scene; my brother and I were sitting on a stump. As he leaned on a tree in the middle of a forest where he called me. I looked up at him board "Why did you call me here, Qrow?" I asked wanting to get to the point im a busy woman. He took a drink from his flask before answering and looked at me. "I found (Y/N)." He said to me, smirking; I dropped my mask as I stood up. I never thought I would hear his name in a long time. I rushed to grab him by the shoulders "Where?" I asked him, he shoved me off of him. "He's at Beacon, where I found him; he also changed his last name to Redgrave." I walked away from him, picked up my mask, and quickly thanked Qrow. Before I left, he called out. "Don't get your hopes up!" He said as he walked off, I then turned into my bird form and flew off to Beacon.

(Y/N) POV

Well, almost time for classes again as I let out a sigh. This time, I made sure to set my alarm for the right time to where it was still early enough but only by ten minutes. I get dressed, put on my glove, and head to class. As I was walking I didn't see anyone until I was stopped by someone bumping into me. I quickly regain my footing and look down to see a girl with black hair and a bow. "Oh, are you okay?" I ask her, offering her my hand, which she takes. "Yeah. Sorry about that, I wasn't watching where I was going." She said with an apologetic smile she then looked at me. "You're (Y/N), right?" She asked me, I just rolled my eyes. "That's my name." I respond I said to her as her face softened. "My teammates, Yang and Ruby, mentioned your name before. How do they know you?" I froze and stayed silent, not at all comfortable answering the questions. She hugged her arm and looked away "Sorry, I shouldn't have asked you..." She said with a bit of guilt, I waved it off as I shook my head. "It's alright, don't worry about it; what's your name anyway?" I asked her as she looked at me, her smile returning. "It's Blake." She answers, sticking her hand out; I shakced it, smiling back at her. "Well, it's nice meeting you; I got to get to Professor Ports's class." I said as she perked up "Hey, me too, do you walk together?" She asked me; I shrugged and answered, "Sure, why not." I say and walk in the direction of the elevator with Blake beside me. While we were in the elevator, I couldn't help but notice her bow twitching. I think she may be a Faunus, though I could be wrong. As Lunchtime rolled around, I was eating whatever I could get my hands on. When I was turned into a demon, gluttony became my worst sin. As I was about to dig into my meal when I heard a yelp from behind me. I turn around to see that prick pulling on the ears of a rabbit Faunus. "See? I told you they were real!" Said the soulless ginger "What a fucking freak!" Said another with a shitty blue mohawk. The sight makes me angry as I quickly get up from my seat with rage in my eyes. I walk over to the guy who looks to be the ringleader of the group. Gilgamesh forms on my forearms and lower legs as I march up to them. "You got a jacked-up notion of fair play, pal, and it's beginning to piss me off!" The leader looks over at me as I get closer "Do you have a problem or-" I cut him off by uppercutting him in the jaw, sending him ten feet in the air and landing with a hard thud. One of his goons tries to attack me from behind, but Delta comes out and headbutts the guy, busting up his nose and knocking him out. The other, too, looked at me in shock, probably because I beat their teammates with ease. They quickly drag their teammates away from me while Gilgamesh deforms and walks up to the girl. "Are you alright?" I ask the Faunus as she nods. "I'm okay. Thank you." she says while rubbing her ears. "Don't mention it." I tell her and go back to my seat. The rest of lunch was unnaturally quiet. I had guessed that it was because of me being here has caused some tension with the other students. It didn't really bother me much because I was on a solo team; besides, I preferred to be left alone anyway. When the bell rang again, signaling the end of lunch, everyone soon stood up from their seats and made their way to their next class. My class was history, taught by a guy who I thought had the same semblance as Ruby. But I dismissed the speculation when I saw how many ungodly amounts of cups of coffee he drank. Every class was boring as could be. Well, to me anyway. I was struggling to even hear what the teachers were saying. I was a fighter, not an academic. A feeling of relief came over me when the final bell rang. Another note to add is I barely saw Yang or Ruby, mainly Ruby. Maybe they got the message to leave me the hell alone, I head outside to walk Delta. Even though he was a grimm, he still acted like a normal dog. I don't know what it was like when he got into the mark on my arm, but I imagine it's boring as hell sitting in there as I go through classes. As I walk away from Beacon with Delta leading me, we enter the Emerald Forest. So we just walked, with no goal in mind. We just wanted to get away from Beacon for a bit and take in the frosty air. I stop when I feel an aura near us. Delta seemed to have noticed it, too, because his ears and nose were up in the air. I turn toward a tree to see a raven looking at me or observing is more the word. I shrug and think nothing of it and try to continue on my way, but Delta starts growling at the bird. This is when I turn hostile. I take out Blue Rose and shoot at the bird. It avoids the bullets and lands on the ground, turning into a woman with a mask. "No chit-chat or monolog? Just getting right to the point huh? You have one chance to tell me who you are." I threaten her as she gives me the once over.
