"Wow, Ansel. This place is so beautiful. The stars are even clearer than at Steven's house." She smiled to herself and layed down. "He's my boyfriend. We've been together for 4 years. I really love him. He makes me so happy."
Crunch
She shot up and looked around, quietly reaching for her sword. If there was one thing she couldn't stand, it was those idiots who called out when a suspicious noise aroused their attention. It always scared the perpetrator away and you were too busy yelling to hear their footsteps. She leaned towards where the sound originated and waited a good minute before she was sure it went away.
Sighing, she sat back down and stroked Ansel's head. "Looks like there's something here besides us, buddy. We should get to bed so we can investigate in the morning. Looks like it's almost midnight."
Her eyelids were heavy as she drifted into another world, as Ansel watched over her.
