Trouble in Paradise (BrightWin Fanfic)

BRIGHT'S POV

I woke up a little after lunch. The hang over was a bitch. I wanted to remove my head because it was pounding. I went back to the house to get some painkillers and have brunch as well.

"So you've been drinking?" Namtan asked when she saw me there by the kitchen cabinets.  

"Just last night. When my friends came..." I said and took some of the blueberries and waffles that were supposed to be breakfast. I also took some bacon and eggs. 

"You didn't even bother to call me." She said folding her arms in front of her. 

"They just pulled me there as well. It wasn't even part of my plans" I told her. 

"Chill. It's already late. Let's take them to your island when they wake up so that it'll be perfect for the sunset again." She said before heading out to the beach.

Last night was a blur from my memory. I couldn't remember the things we've done. I successfully drowned my demons and blacked out last night. We literally slept where we all blacked out. I was trying to force myself to remember things. I'm normally forgetful already but then I'm worse when I'm drunk.

I decided to make a vampire face out of my blueberries and whipped cream on my waffle. But the best part of my meal was the coffee. It's my favorite liquid in the whole world. I had straight up black coffee today to be able to help with the headache. 

When I finished brunch, I decided to head out for a little walk... I went for a little swim as well when I saw that it wasn't so sunny after all. It was another fine day that felt like a dream given the situations of my reality. I saw Namtan head out of the house and she joined me in the ocean when she saw me. 

"Mom said we could visit two days from now but we couldn't stay long." She said while we were swimming. 

"Okay. I'd take that." I replied to her. 

"We could leave your friends here for a little while. We'd come back late afternoon anyway." She told me. 

I agreed and kept that in mind. We played in the water for a longer while... I saw Chimon walking by the shore and I remembered Win... 

"I'll be back." I told Namtan when I went out of the waters and headed to the shore. 

I walked over to Chimon as he was taking photos. 

"Hey Chi" I said when I got closer to him. 

"Heyyyy, you looking for my brother?" Chimon asked me. 

"Yeah..." I said and scratched the back of my head. 

"Well, he left us a message and told us he wanted to go alone for today, he'd find a way around the islands he said..." Chimon said and gave me a small smile. 

I talked to him for a longer while and decided to head back, Namtan must've gotten back inside the house again because she wasn't where I left her, her stuff were also not there anymore so I decided to go back inside and rinse out the salt water in my body. 

I went back to the villa where my friends are staying and everybody is already awake dealing with the hangover.
