There in the large busy roads, stood a girl that some people glanced at as they walked to reach their destination or others who were on their way to return from a long day to their cozy warm homes. They looked at that weird looking girl with the weird looking hair...a tiny girl standing there with a hand open with eyes filled with determination, "I want someone to give me food. I demand for food!" she strolled from a person to another demanding for food with an attitude that didn't resemble anything close to a beggar.Her. A mere beggar demanding food as if it was her right to have, as if it was her rights to fill that aching hole that grew bigger and bigger in her small weak body as days went by.
"Give me food! I am hungry." She stood in front of an aristocrat lady, but that lady only covered her nose with her handkerchief in disgust.
"Get away from me, you fool hermit!" And she kicked the girl making her fall down on her butt with a strong thud, as her bones touched the harsh, solid ground.
The girl didn't relent and got up again demanding food from anyone and everyone passing by. she stood there until she heard that satisfying sound of the pastry shop bell followed by the mouth-watering aroma of a fresh baked bread. And with it the horrible vision of the pastry shop owner who had a permanent scowl decorating his pale face. He walked and walked until he reached the little girl. she only reached his big huge tummy and she could see the dirty apron he had around him.
"You little animal! Go beg somewhere else. You are driving my costumers away!." He spat at her, and with his spatula he hit her arm. As she fell down on her butt once more she gritted out,
"I am not an animal..." and before she finished, the Bakery master huffed and walked away not bothering to listen to empty words. With a determined mind she whispered to herself at the beginning. Her voice turning up by the second again asking for food."...is it wrong to get food? Anybody, somebody! It's my right to not feel hungry." She stood up again to dust off her nunnery dress but, it had holes everywhere with dirts decorating it in every spot that the dress lost it's definition of a human wear. She held her tummy as it rumbled and groaned. With a sigh she said to herself, "Looks like no food today." Then walked away to beg for food somewhere else.

"I am proud of you, son"The lieutenant's eyes glistend as he looked at his son. He was so proud of his one and only heir. With a firm hand he patted his son's shoulder and nodded, "Alright. you are to have a week break." With an absolute decision he made an order.
"...but father...",the young yet strong boy started to disagree.
"No buts, you have been working for the kingdom non-stop. I want you to go out there and relax, it's just a week, son." He moved away and clasped both his hands behind his back and walked with slow confident steps to his desk.
"Dad, a week is too much, and you know Eliase and Saraya would give a fit." The boy smiled cheekly and folded his arms to his chest.
The lieutenant chuckled, "If Eliase and Saraya did half what you do, they would demand for a year off of duty. You deserve it son, and it's also an order from your lieutenant, so no objections." He then stopped smiling, turning his face to the on duty one and glared at his son. He tried to make his son understand that this was an order, not a request.
The boy sighed and closed his eye giving up, "okay, okay...I will just continue what I always do when I have free time." He winked and stepped away from his father to get out of his study room, leaving quickly before his father started to talk him out of it.
Before he went out of the door he heard his father's words"Son, take a break from looking for her." The old man pitted his son. The boy stopped, turned and gave his father a half smile and continued walking getting out from the study room into the hall. He was a tall, strong boy that carried himself neatly. With each step his cape moved back and forth with his sword resting on his hip carrying the guardian's symbol with red outlines indicating his royalty to the kingdom and his position as a leader for the guardian's group.
