He woke up with a large yawn looking at the window with sunrays penetrating it with the sound of chirping birds. He woke up stretching his arms, the sunrays falling on his face making him squint with a humming sound.

This is a peaceful day....

"Eliase! Wake him up right now!"

Not so peaceful now......

He heard a knock on his personal chamber, "get i-" before he uttered the words,Saraya came booming into his room. "Good morning to you too." He got up stretching while she stood there with her usual frowning face and her feet tapping on the ground.

"What were you doing these days?" She spat angrily and her taping intensified.

He only looked at her feet and stared immensely pointing at her foot, "that's a lot of tapping, tick tick ti--" he moved his finger left and right in time with her tapping.

"Hey!" She angrily shouted at him.

"C'mon, Saraya. I am in a week rest. An order from the lieutenant. Just if you worked as much as I did..." he feigned sadness like it was something he was very sorry about for her.

"So you want to tell me you are playing around when me and Eliase are working our butts off!" At the moment she screamed these words Eliase went inside the chamber.

"Tell him, Saraya. He is playing with girls. While we are working hard!" He feigned the same sadness and dramatically put his hand on his heart.

"Shut up Eliase, he is not you." She side glanced him then continued to look at the other idiot to see him laughing at Eliase while pointing to him in mischief.

Saraya took a deep breath and asked herself why was she in living her life knowing these two.

"What have you been to recently?" She asked ignoring Eliase who glared at the both of them.

"Doing stuff" he answered with no care walking to his dresser room, he ordered maids to help him dress up while Saraya stood there with Eliase sitting on a nearby chair.

"What kind of stuff?"

He sighed, "Saraya, I never knew that you were my mother, or are you what?..." he got out from the dressing room composing his clothes, he glanced at her with a sharp bored gaze, "my wife and I didn't know? Tell me." Once he uttered these words Sayara's chocolate like skin turned beat red.

"N-no, but..." she didn't finish as he interupted her. "Then that settles it, see you next time." He patted her shoulder and moved away outside walking in the corridor.

"Saraya..." Eliase began with sympathetic eyes, he put his hand her back trying to reassure her, but she just shrugged his hand off. "Don't...just don't." Saraya began walking again following the man she thought would one day feel anything towards her.

When she went out after him, she noticed his gaze at the white tulips decorating the royal garden. He was standing there staring with transfixed as if he was recalling something.

"Tell me Saraya, what do you think of the color white?" He calmly stated with feverish voice. Saraya couldn't just move her stare away from him, he looked so ethereal near the tulips as he grazed them with delicate long fingers, with swift movement he plucked one and brought it close to his nose, the tulip grazed his rosy lips as he smelled it. He had one hand behind his back and the other he twirled the tulip with an absent mind.

He took languid steps towards Saraya and swiftly, gently put the flower behind her ear and smiled the sun glowing his smile into gorgeous picture as if he was painted by the most talented artist out in the whole universe.
