Three months had passed since Izumi found her way into a new, loving home. Although the scars of the past haven't faded, they were being mended by the two who constantly brought light to her life. Felix Midoriya-Wood was her father and detective, so he knew just when and what made her sad or angry depending on the circumstance. The other was Katsuki Bakugou, her friend that she suddenly had to leave when she was younger, and the one she was currently spending the rest of her day with. It wasn't because she wanted to get away from her home life, it was because it was boring until he got home, which was anytime between five and seven. So she spent the rest of her time with Katsuki, to which she gave him the honorable nickname of Kacchan.

"So," Izumi fiddled with the remote as she tried to beat him in a game of smash, so far she'd been able to reduce his stock by one...once. "Do you have any plans for High School?" She asked, knowing how studious he was he surely had plans, but she wanted to know where he wanted to go.

"Duh," he knocked her off of the edge, refusing to let her recover by grabbing her and doing a down B. With that, it was game, and another win for Katsuki. "You don't remember me wanting to go to UA back then?" Now that he mentioned it, Izumi remembered the numerous times that he mentioned the school and how the greatest heroes came from it.

"Now I do," Izumi smiled, "you always talked about the school like your life depended on it." She couldn't see it, but Katsuki furrowed his eyebrows. "It's nice to know that you're still going after the same school though," Izumi's mind wandered for a moment. "It just came to me that I haven't seen you use your quirk," she also didn't see his eyebrows soften as his expression became softer.

"Oh, I guess you haven't," he got up from laying down on his couch. "Turn around and I'll show you," Izumi did as was told and turned her back to the television. She got a bit too close, however, to the weak explosion that erupted from his hand. She fell backwards, in a daze, "ah shi-are you okay, Izumi?!" Katsuki's diction consisted of mostly swears, but whenever she was around he tried his hardest to hold back.

"Yeah..." she raised her arm and gave a little thumbs up before her arm fell back down, "I'm just fine." She shook her head before sitting back up, "just warn me the next time you want to explode on me like that." Katsuki's pale face became flushed at how lewd Izumi's comment was, but it seemed that despite all the trauma she experienced she was still fairly innocent. "Is something wrong Kacchan? Your face suddenly went red," a thought popped in her head, "did you suddenly come down with a cold? If so then I can be your temporary nurse," just how could she be this innocent?

"No no, nothing's wrong...just a little hot in here," hoping that she'd buy into his lie, he fanned himself. "Anyway," he leaned forward, "it'd only be fair if you told me about where you plan on going. For high school I mean," completely diverging from the topic at hand surely would've caused his blush to settle...right?

"Hmm," Izumi hadn't thought about it before, but she had to choose something especially because it was her last year. She didn't exactly want to be a pro hero, "I was thinking choosing some sort of school for heroics, but now my eyes are set on UA." Copying both his choice and smile, Izumi had told him her answer. "By the way, what time is it?"

"Oh it's," he pulled his phone out of his pocket and powered it on, "it's almost five. You leaving for today?" His Lock Screen was nothing special, just a picture of All Might with a generic 'do your best' type quote. However, his Home Screen was something different, something that no one but him had seen. It was his first, and hopefully the last, photo he'd snuck of Izumi. Usually, those types of people only took vulgar pictures of a female's body, but instead he captured her smile. It was after she brought her over to her old house that she began to smile more often. Which was why, when he got the chance to, he snuck a picture. Her green hair was down as she sat across from him, her smile was as radiant as the sun. He usually just looked at his Home Screen whenever he thought of her, which annoyed him to no end. Why did this woman, who so suddenly re-entered his life, have to be the one he fell head over heels with?
