Zak pov

It's been a while since genesis had left shinra, he's still considered a missing person on a mission. But I noticed that angel, myself and sephiroth haven't spoken about him not once, even around ____, I heard that they were in a secret relationship but I didn't think she would of ended up with two kids. And some things won't adding up either, I noticed that one kid looked a lot like genesis but the other he looked more like sephiroth, only difference was the eyes. But I knew not to say anything and I'm sure she would tell me in time about everything and I won't want to rush her. I do babysit from time to time and I don't really mind. They are really growing on me and I just feel the need fo make sure they are safe.

Narrator pov

Sephiroth made sure that ____ and the twins got home safely after being released from the infirmary. After that he had called up Angeal, telling him that they all had to meet up for a meeting and sephiroth had information to tell them about what Hollander has been planning. And he even told him about one of the twins being his, from the information he got from that his child was artificial made. He understands the situation about the two children, one was his and one was genesis, and ____ didn't know she was pregnant.
Sephiroth, Angeal and lizard talked about it and decided to let ____ pick on what she wanted to do, but when the time came around if they did find genesis what would happen then. So many possibilities they were all trying to think about. Angeal was beyond pissed off that his besf friend had left a women pregnant and it wasn't what he was expecting until he genesis told him he fell in love. First they would let her rest for a while, all this happening to her at once and after genesis disappeared on a mission. Zack was now a second last solider and when he heard about the twins he got even more excited and said that he was an uncle now.
However they all heard a knock on the door before they could be dismissed. ____ had walked through the door and told them the twins were with someone she trusted (tifa by the way, they became friends) and told them that since sudden incident, had happened. She would take off to be with her children and raise them on her own, but she'll still be willing to work here and be solider after recovering for a while. Lizard said he'll give her two months to think about it because motherhood is different or might make her change her mind. But ____ said she'll still be a solider and that she wouldn't let anything get passed her this time and that she'll bring genesis back home.

~~~5 months later~~~

____ was tending her mini garden in her apartment, the twins were in their crib under a tree. Making sure they were in the shade, her hair had grown up to her waist.  Adjusting the weights on her ankles and legs like rock lee, to improve strength in her legs and make her faster. She didn't stop training while taking care of the twins. Sometimes Angeal and zack would come by to visit and zack would spoil them while Angeal told him not to be doing that. She even talked to them about being godfathers after all, the kids are from genesis and sephiroth. Zack agreed quickly and said he'll be the best and a hero to them.
While picking out fresh ingredients for dinner tonight, a shadow blocked her path of bit and she looked up to see sephiroth standing there, she smiled and stood up.
"Good evening general." She said and he chuckled, just like before.
"____ like I said before you don't have to call me that each time I come by." He said and looked over to the twins. So many questions were running through his mind and he wanted to ask her so many and needed answers.
"Sorry sephiroth, hehe force of habit I guess." She said and let him come into her little garden part of her small backyard. Sephiroth walked over to dante and cole, genesis son along side with his son. Both looking like their mother but also like them but only sephiroths son had hair that was half black/white. That was a bit of questioning but then ____ was a dark shade so that explains a bit.
"I-is this one mine." He asked out if the blue, looking down at his son sleeping next to his brother. ____ then thought if sephiroth had a bond with his son then maybe he wouldn't turn evil. So she admitted went into action. Dusting off the dirt from her hands and pants, rinsing her hands in a bucket of water.
"Would you like to hold him." She asked and came over, picking up ____ and telling sephiroth how to hold onto him and hold him lightly in his arms. Then she noticed the difference in his eyes when he held ____, even fear was in his eyes.
"I'm sorry to ask but what did you mean by this being a video game." He asked while looking down at him. That's when he noticed ____ stop breathing for a bit and then her pupils went wide.
"Y-you remember me saying that." She said and her body slightly shaking and her breathing. Sephiroth put ____ down, while he walked towards ____. Touching her face.
"I promise I'll listen to everything you have to say." He said to her and she gulped a bit and then stopped shaking.
"Well, you see sephiroth...." tears falling from her eyes.
"This story will be very long I'm afraid." She said and looked back up to him
"But I'll tell you and only you."
