I entered the house, looking around in awe, temporarily forgetting how turned on I was until Evan 'accidentally' brushed passed me, squeezing my ass in the process.

I swallowed hard as the guilt rushed me. How could I be so stupid?!
I opened the door to what I discovered was a bedroom and looked around.

I gasped and whipped around to see Evander standing in the doorway, looking at me with concern.

"Can I see it?" I asked quietly, playing with my hands.
"What?" He asked.
I sighed awkwardly and sat down on the bed next to him. I pushed my hair behind my ear and looked him in the eyes.

He looked at me, completely still, as if he was trying to read my mind and see what I was thinking in that moment.
He sighed and nodded slowly, "Yeah..." he answered, still not breaking eye contact.
He slowly took off his shirt and I watched attentively as his skin was revealed.
Once his shirt was fully off, I moved closer and reached my hand out to touch a small scar on his chest.
My heart started beating quickly as I ran my finger over the scar. His breathing got noticeably heavier as he held onto my hand.
"What are you thinking?" He whispered, as if not to disturb my tranquility.
"I'm sorry, I couldn't help you— you're always rescuing me and what not, the one time I could've helped I got myself kidnapped and—"
He shut me up with a sensual kiss, "Will you stop blaming yourself? No one forced me to jump in front of the bullet. None of this was your fault..." he murmured, kissing the side of my mouth as his hand found it's way to my thigh.
I let out an airy moan as his hands gripped my thigh slightly before I felt myself being pushed gently backwards onto the bed.
