Derek's P.o.v

I got to the place I was staying at and layed on the bed thinking about all that's happen in the past month or more.

First I kidnapped Viviana, then got Justin, killed his boyfriend, got in a fight with Sam, got sent to the hospital, faked my death, and more. And now I'm sitting here just thinking about all the good things that happened all before I walked out the door that day.

When me and Justin was playing a video game.

Flashback

"DEREK! Your such a cheater!" a nine year old Justin yelled as I laughed at how he was getting upset over it.

"Sowwy Justin! but I told you how to work the game." I said as he looked at me with a pout on his face.

"Yeah well not good enough! I still lost! and you said that I will win this time." He whined crossing his arms as I pulled him into a hug. My hugs always cheers him up. Just like his hugs cheer me up.

"Aww Justttttiiinnn don't be like this." I mumbled into his shoulder as he giggled alittle bit.

"Stop Der that tickles you know!" He laughed as I started to tickle him.

"I know that's why i'm doing it!" I yelled as I tickled him some more. I stopped tickling him and he smiled and gave me a hug,

"Thanks Der. Your the best brother ever." He smiled as I hugged him back.

That moment was something that I didn't forget. There's so many more memories that just made my heart broke cause I could never experience something like that again.

I was about to go to sleep when there was a knock on the door. I didn't know what to do so I just stayed on the bed not moving from my spot. Just when I thought they got the hint that I wasn't gonna open the door I heard a big bang on the door.

"OPEN UP IT'S THE POLICE!! WE KNOW YOUR IN HERE!!" 

I then jumped at the loud bang and got up before walking to the door.

"YOU GOT TEN SECONDS!!"

Before they started to count I slowly turned the knob and opened the door. 

"Uh..is there something wrong officer?" I asked as they looked at me before looking at each other.

"I think we found him." I heard one of the officers whisper to the other as I started to panic. Oh no. What they founded out what I did? what if they take me and lock me up before really killing me?

"Excuse me but your coming with us." The officer that had 'Dan' on his name tag spoke as he grabbed my arm and pulled me out the apartment.

"I can't at least get on my shoes?" I asked with a slight attitude. They both looked at each other before they started to laugh. I don't see how asking for my shoes is something to laugh at.

"What's so funny?" I growled getting frustrated with them. They then stopped laughing and Officer Dan put his hand on my shoulder.

"Trust me. When you see her your shoes will be the last thing on your mind." He said as the other one just nodded.

"What?" I said confused as ever. Who is this girl?

"Oh don't worry about it. It's a surprise. She will be sooo happy to see you." Officer Dan smiled as they both dragged me out the building and into the car.

"Uh..have I ever told you that I hate surprises?" I mumbled as they were putting there seat belts on. They just laughed shaking there heads.

"We never gave you and option kid." The other officer finally spoke turning on the car. I didn't say a word as I just sat back puffing out air from my mouth.

"How long will it take us to get there? and ..how did you find me?" I asked wanting the answers now. I'm not a patient person. 

"Well first were almost there actually and second..let's just say someone told us." Officer Dan said as I raised my eyebrow.

"Mind me asking who?" 

He didn't say anything at first as it looked like he was debating if he should tell me or not.

"Well...that's a mystery." He said to himself making me nod. Who knew where I was staying at? I was thinking about it when all of a sudden the car stopped.

"Were here." The other officer said as I looked out the window. I then froze when I saw that we were in front of my house.

"Damn..." I said in my head. Now I know what's going on. And i'm not liking where this is heading.

They think I'M Justin...

UH OHHHHHHH!!!! So the officers think Derek is Justin! And who could have possibly told the officers where Derek was living at?

To be fudging honest with ya'll I thought this chapter stunk like a skunks spray! I sowwy if it was terrible as I tried to make it better lol.

I already know you guys wont comment but that's ok I guess I mean it's not like I don't need motivation or anything....

BUT WHATEVERR! Updated anyway! And just cuz you guys dont want to comment your gonna have to wait long for the sequel! >:)
