"Scott Lang and Wanda Maximoff have located the Pym Tech shipment that was lost, they're still looking for the Stark Industries shipment. They will contact us once they have more information." Sam informs the council, who look unbearably bored. The king of England is picking at his nails, the president of Brazil is focused more on her coffee cup than what we're talking about, and I think the US president is playing a game on his phone. Zy'aire is the only one paying genuine attention to what Sam is saying. But I guess he's the only one of them that cares about enhanced lives.

"Queen Valkyrie is sending some of her citizens to Wakanda to teach at the institute. There may only be a few students but more teachers were needed." Soroya adds.

"These are matters for your own personal briefings, not this council. Do you have anything important to tell us or are you just wasting our time?" The president of France asks curtly.

"All issues are important to discuss in a council like this, no matter how big or small." Zy'aire replies with a firm look, making the French president back off. He may only be twenty two, but he carries himself with such wisdom and authority. He's a great leader.

"If you are done, Directors, there is an issue I would like to bring up to this council." I ask Soroya and Sam, who gesture for me to continue, the former giving me a sweet smile.

"I sincerely thank King Zy'aire for his willingness to assist with the housing issue for the enhanced people, but another issue has arisen that we need to take care of."

"There always is with you people." The Russian president snidely remarks.

"Mister President, I would thank you kindly to let me finish what I have to say before you make comments." I reply, trying my best to make my voice calm.

"Be mindful of how you speak to a president, Ms. Jackson." Is how he chooses to reply.

"Respect should be met with respect, sir," Soroya now says, irritation now flooding her gaze. "Representative Jackson, please continue."

"Since the enhanced prisoners from PROJECT ENHANCED and otherwise have been released, more and more enhanced children have been given up. Some have been given up for adoption, some are now in the foster system, and some have been left on the streets. These children are in danger of being taken and used for their powers, of hurting themselves and others because they don't know how to control themselves yet. We need a solution that will allow enhanced children who are given up to be put in a safe environment. I propose creating an adoption center for enhanced children."

"Why is it that every one of these meetings this council and the UN have we end up paying for something." The Canadian president says with a sigh.

"I think it's an incredible idea." Zy'aire says with a nod my way.

"Why doesn't that shock me." The Chinese president says with an eye roll.

"If you have something to say, Mister President, I would suggest you speak up so the entire council can hear you." Zy'aire replies with a snap.

"I just think you're a little too biased towards the things Representative Jackson, Director Roberts, and Director Wilson bring up."

"Every one of you have a clear bias against these three, so I don't see it as a bad thing that I'm the one member of this council that is biased towards them."

"Of course you are, you're enhanced." The English king says.

"Yes I am, so I care about what happens to my people. There's no harm in that."
