Chapter 4

"WHAT! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!" he shouted. I smiled warmly at him.

"It's true! Although i hate you for being the cause of Klaus finding her i also like you as a friend for restoring her faith! And i want to thank you for giving my little sister hope! And for reviving her faith in love! You are the only reason she's still fighting and for that i admire you!

There is a reason i told you the truth and her story! I trust you Stefan! You brang back my little sisters humanity when i couldn't! You may not believe it Stefan but you truly are her humanity!

Please just don't break her heart! Because although i can die for her and protect her i wont be able to heal her broken heart!" My voice was barely louder than a whisper at the last sentance but he seemed to have finally relised that i was telling the truth because he was frozen in shock.

"I am sorry Leah but i love Elena! I can't love Katherine! Not after what happened in 1864!" he told me.

"I expected as much but please at least give her a chance. Also if you do decide to talk to her, tell her she doesn't have to hide her true feelings any more! She'll tell you nearly exactly the same as i did just in her own words! She trusts you more than she trusts me Stefan!" just as i finished i heard a knock on the door. I muttered curses under my breath as i walked to the door with Stefan following behind me.

I opened the door to see the older Salvatore brother standing there smirking at me. I growled.

"Stefan talk to your brother and make sure he leaves or I think i'll tear his head off!" I managed to say through gritted teeth. Stefan went to the door while I sped to my room. I opened the bottom draw and took out the pile of old, dusty, brown books in it. As i got back into the living room I found Stefan just leaving the door.

"I have to go Leah but it was nice seeing you! Oh and thankyou for telling me all those things about katherine!" he told me smiling.

"It's no problem! My sister may not like it but you deserve to know the truth! Oh and one more thing!" i handed him the pile of four books that I had retreaved from my room. He looked at the ancient books curiously.

"What are these?" he questioned me.

"These are my sisters diary's that she had kept from whan she was 16 to 1865 when she gave up writing her feelings down! The first one was a gift from me when she was banished from our home in Bulgaria so it also says everything that happened with her and Klaus! I gave her most of the other ones too and they should tell you her exact feelings and anything eilse you would want to know about her!" I told him.

"Thankyou! Oh by the way, i never saw your name in the Petrova book, why is that?" he asked. I laughed lightly.

"Oh, well when we found our parents dead katherine relised that Klaus could not know of my existance or he would use me to get to her and since she still cared about me she erased everyones memory of me and every record of my birth that existed. A bit far fetched if you'd ask me but she was a bit over protective of me although I am older." I replied and waved to him as he left.

Stefans pov

As i walked back into the boarding house i looked at the books Leah gave me in astonishment.

Damon didn't know what they were because I knew if I told him he would try and steal them. Also because Leah trusted me with them and I have a feeling she wouldn't want them being seen by anyone eilse other then me, especially not damon. I guess this is because in the wrong hands they could be used as a weapon against Katherine, and from what i've just learned about her she doesn't deserve that.
