Today is Saturday and so far all we’ve done is film and edit videos. I popped over to Trevor’s room and asked, “Hey isn't there a new pool downtown?"
"Do you want to go?"
"Sure,"
"I’ll call Kian and ask that household if they want to go, you ask this household, whoever finishes first calls Kayla, deal?”
“Deal,” I whipped out my handy dandy phone and called Kian.
“Hey Kian!”
“Hey gigglepot,”
I rolled my eyes, “Wanna go to the pool? Ask the other two too please,”
“Hell yeah and I think Andrea went out but, JC!!! DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE POOOOOLLL!?!?!?!” He shouted through the house. I heard a loud yes from Jc before Kian spoke to me, “He said yes,”
“I heard… So meet us here when you’re ready?”
“Okay see ya then then,”
“Bye,” I turned around to see Trevor had left.
“Trevor!”
“Yes?!” He shouted back at me.
“Have you asked everyone?!?!”
“Yes! And I’m calling Kayla right now!!! Hey baby,” I heard before he continued his conversation with Kayla. I went back into my room to get ready. I pulled my new, blue, two-piece swim suit out of the cupboard. I slipped into it grabbed my towel, sunnies and phone and walked downstairs. What seemed like an hour later, Connor and Ricky came back downstairs, followed by knocks at the door.
“I’ll get it!” I said before racing to the door.
“Hey gigglepot, Andrea said she’s out with the girls so she can’t come,”
“Hey Kian all good, Hey Jc,”
“Hello,”
“Come on in!” We walked back in to see both Ricky and Connor on their phones.
“Such a social pair aren’t you?” I said before plopping down beside Connor. Ricky had put his phone away but Connor was still anti-social and continued texting.
“Trevor ready yet?” Jc asked.
“Yes! And we need to stop by Kayla’s house and pick her up,”
“Okay, let’s go!” We spread out between the two cars. Kian, Jc and Connor went in Kian’s car while Trevor, Ricky and I went in Ricky’s car. Kayla caught a ride with us.
It was about five blocks away so we were there in no time. We paid and we headed straight for the huge blow up slide. A huge rope was strung from the middle of the obstacle course that you had to go through to get there. Once you swung through that you could get to the slide.
