Chapter 18: Most painful events

Stacey's POV

I'm quietly sit in salas, also thinking about of what I've heard — accidentally. Yes, I heard their conversation.

I stood up in a purpose — drink a glass of water, when I seen Stella's talking someone on her phone. I'm so curious of there conversation, 'cause she seem look grave. So, I followed her until we reach the doorway.

"How did you get my number? ... Which one? I've say a lot... It's hard to understand it, Jaxsen?"

She talk with Jaxsen? Why? It's already late, what he really want to Stella?

That conversation, bothering me — so much.

What Jaxsen's feeling for me, also to... Stella? What if, Jaxsen have feelings for Stella? I remember, when I see them in gymnasium. When Jaxsen hugging Stella, but Stella never mention or the purpose of it, even him. Also, when Yohann give me some advice.

I smile turned upside down.

Do I need to trust her? Is she really my friend or a traitor who stab me behind? What am I supposed to do? I'm so confused in this situation.

"Are you okay? I call you several times, seems look like your out of here,"

My consciousness back when someone's speak, it was Suzy. I gazed her while a small force smile draw in my lips.

She glance me with full of worry, "Is there any problem?" She asked before seat next on me, same as Sue and Stella.

"You're thinking about the up coming event?" Suzy said.

I nod as my answer, even though, it was a lie. It's better if I hide it, I wanna avoid any piques with them. I don't wanna happen it again.

"Hey!" CM show up.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him, but in lieu of answering me, he give me a bouquet of flowers.

"What this flower for?" I asked him.

A mellifluous smile draw on his lips, "Be my date." He said, causing me to shock.

Sue was utter a sharp shrill cry while she shake Suzy, "What a beautiful scene!"

"Ahm... I... I can't go with you," I shyly said before bend my head.

"Do you have already date?"

I shake one's head as the answer.

It is better if, I'm not going.

"Then, why?"

I can't answer him because, I was thinking about of what he feel when I answered it. I don't wanna hurt him, even though, that's the consequences.

Sue's interfere the situation, "Ahm... B-Because she's busy, right guys?" She said.

"Busy for what?" CM

"School projects?" Suzy

"I thought, all projects was already passed before this upcoming event," CM said.

Even people's around me, noticed my gesture. What am I supposed to do?

I took a deep breath, "CM, there's a lot of beautiful, smart and sexy woman than me." I said, shyly.

I glance him when he held my hand, I can't stop, but staring at his eyes. He's almost perfect guy like Aj and Jaxsen, but still, the relationship I can give to him is, a friendship only.

"You're the only woman that I want to be with, please?" He beg me.

I look to them who was staring us (Sue, Suzy, and Stella). It's not bad if, I granted his wishes.
