"Hunter where are you?"my cousin was siding with the enemy so she can't be trusted.

"Are you asking for you or for my mom?"I asked her as I stood against a tree, not far from my house.

"Both, everyone is worried sick about you"she said, I rolled my eyes.

"Really? The slap to my face gave me a different impression"I said, glancing at the time on my watch.

"She feels terrible, she wants to apologize"she said, I sighed and leaned my head against the tree.

"I wouldn't believe her even if she meant it"I said and she sighed this time.

"H-hunter, you sound like you hate her"she said, I closed my eyes and shrugged.

"Maybe I do"I said and she gasped, I could hear her shuffling around in her room.

"She's your mom hunter"She said, I could see her from her window as she paced and her mother watched her.

"You couldn't possibly understand even if I told you allison, over time the love I had turned to hate"I knew she had me on speaker, my mom was probably close by eavesdropping. I looked up at the sky as I started to tear up.

"I gave her all the love I could possibly give and she took it for granted, she betrayed me over and over. I don't even know who she is anymore."I said and sniffled, wiping my tears away with my sleeve.

"She's your mom and she loves you more than anything"allison tried to convince me.

"She's not my mother, the woman I loved left the moment she stepped foot in beacon hills."I said before hanging up and watching as they engulfed my mom in a hug as she teared up, I got in my car and drove off once again.

I picked up peter at the hospitals parking garage and just before we could get to the house I stopped.

"So are you going to tell me who's actually responsible?"I asked him and he glanced at me, I watched as he got out of the car.

"You'll see, everything will come to light  in a few minutes"he said as we saw derek and Scott stop not too far from the hale house, just then I see my mother and Allison.

"Unlike your mother, you have a heart"he commented and that's when I put it all together.

"No, you can't"I said turning to him, he tricked me.

"Thank you for your help, now I have everyone exactly where I want them"he grinned before knocking me back into the car and smashing my head against the window.

Darkness consumed me instantly.

(Time skip)

I was awoken by a scream and I looked up to see the alpha on fire, then I looked to see allison and Scott. My eyes swept across the scenery but I couldn't find my mom, I ran towards the house but scott grabbed me.

"Hunter wait"I elbowed him in the ribs and took out my crossbow.

"Hunter don't, kate wouldn't want this"he said and I took out an arrow, before looking back at him.

"It's what I want"I said before firing the arrow at peters leg, he stumbled and tried to come after me but I ran. Dodging his arms before turning around and firing another arrow at his other leg, watching him drop to his knees.

"Hunter wait-"I ignored my dad and dropped my crossbow before pulling out a dagger from my pocket.

"Hunter-"I cut him off and looked back at him.

"She's dead because of me, he used me to get to her and I fell for it"tears fell down my face before I turned back around and kicked peter down onto the ground.

"Killing him won't bring her back and It won't make you feel better, it won't take back what you did either"Chris called out to me and I looked back at him.

"It's a start"I said, turning back around before I saw stiles walk towards me.

"Hunter, don't be this person. I know you're not this person"he said and turned me around.

"I can't handle this. Get me out of here, please"I begged him as I started to cry and he hugged me, leading me to my car.

I guess it did all end tonight.

I'd lost my mother and I never got the chance to tell her I love her, I didn't get the chance to apologize.

I was the definition of broken beyond compare.
