Devil In Disguise - (BNHA)

Episode 8

I ran as fast as I could passing all the buildings till I saw the one with smoke and debris falling.

My breathing was irregular and my breaths were deep. Some rocks were crumbling down onto the floor from the building but I managed to evade them. This building could collapse at any minute, this isn't a training exercise this is hell.

How can they put their students through this?

I thought they were heroes.

I was kneeled over Midoryia making sure he was ok until the health bots came to take him away on a stretcher. Before I came it looked like they were speaking to one another about something, but when I came Midoriya was just about ready to collapse

I looked over to Kacchan and he was frozen, his breathing was heavy and uneven, he was hyperventilating it was almost like he was taking in oxygen but he couldn't get enough.

I walked behind him whilst Allmight comforted him, when AllMight placed a hand on his shoulder he seemed a lot calmer, he began breathing normally again but as Allmight walked away Kacchan didn't follow.

"That wasn't just a fight for you was it?" My breath was beginning to steady but everything was focused on him. I was furious at him for going too far, but of course, it isn't his fault his quirk was destructive and harsh. He just wanted to win just like Midoriya did.

He just looked at me like he did on the day of the sludge villain attack, with fear, panic and hopelessness. But he covered it with pride.
We stood face to face not saying anything other than looking one another in the eyes.

Neither dared to utter a word.

I broke eye contact and walked away without giving him so much as a glance back.
His eyes kept on me until I turned the corner out of the distance.

The next battle was me, ojiro and hagakure the villains up against shoji and - Todoroki. As I heard the name for what seemed like the first time my eyes widened.

Todoroki, as in - as in Endeavor's son? Suddenly the world turned sour and I felt like I would throw up at any moment.

"What's the plan then?" Said the naked girl pulling me out my thoughts. I thought for a second - if this was truly enji's son, does this mean? his quirk marriage worked? He's the heir with ice and fire?

I looked back to the girl, well rather the boots. Both were awaiting a response from me.

"You go and walk around everywhere and mess up Shoji's hearing, I assume that's how they expect to find us" I announced.

"What about me?"  Questioned the tail boy.

"You stay in the corridor in front of the weapon and try and prevent anyone from getting in, I'll guard the weapon myself," I said readjusting my hero costume, they made it quite tight and uncomfortable, I was scared it was going to rip mid-battle.

I sat in front of the weapon with my legs crossed waiting for an attack, I thought back to Todoroki and his costume. It was a bit of overkill but why would he block his fire side with an ice costume? Was it perhaps - to commemorate Touya?

Before I could see anything, I felt a shiver go down my back. The air was dropping in temperature quickly.

This was his move.

Soon as I knew it the whole building was encased in ice.

I put up a forcefield just in time for me to step on, none of the ice touched me, but the floor was now covered in ice giving me a disadvantage if it came to combat, I assume he has ice boots for this sort of thing so he doesn't slip, whilst I don't.
