58- dinner time

You already know what's about to happen. A nice feast made by the worldwide handsome man himself, Kim Seokjin. Everyone devouring the yummy and delicious food within a second.

The smell of turkey filled the living room as Jin took it out of the oven, freshly seasoned and cooked just right.

Your mouth began to water as you made your way to the dinning room that had a couple of empty chairs since you weren't inviting a lot of people because of the *cough cough* pandemic *cough*

When Jin places the huge turkey on the table, you were about to cut a piece of it but he quickly slapped your hand away. "No eating until everyone is here."

"But Jin, it's just gonna be us and mom." You said. "Besides, why do we even need this much food?"

Jin sighs. "Did you not listen to me last night? I said I invited the boys over."

"Oh," You were about to turn away but then it hit you. "OH—"

Jungkook is going to be here. Holy sid, he's going to be here.

"JIN, HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!? JUNGKOOK WILL BE HERE! JUNGKOOK FOR GOODNESS SAKE!" You panicked and ran upstairs, going right into your room to pick something else to wear than what you have on.

I need to look fabulous. He can't see me looking like a piece of garbage. You thought to yourself as you rummaged through your closet quickly. What should I wear though? Something simple but cute? Or maybe lazy but stylish? Yeah that would work.

You remember how you and Jungkook would always end up matching whenever you wore something lazy but stylish. Like dr. Martins, cargo pants, and an oversized shirt, topped off with a bucket hat.

And that's exactly what you decided to wear. You also did a little bit of makeup, just to enhance your features a little.

That's when you heard noise from downstairs. A lot of laughing and squealing. The boys have reunited.

JUNGKOOK HAS ARRIVED. I REPEAT, JUNGKOOK HAS ARRIVED.

You ran downstairs as you fixed your hair a little and stopped midway to act cool. You pulled out your phone and walked like a model down the next few steps of the stairs, keeping a poker face when you saw him.

"Y/N finally came down from her room." Jin comments, a hint of playfulness in his voice as if he was about to expose you. "So, what took you?"

All the members eyes were on you, making you feel slightly nervous as the man with the doe eyes was also staring.

But you remained calm, "Yeah no uh, just fixing up my room and talking to one my friends." Yeah, so cool.

You hugged everyone and sat down at the table with them. They all said their thank you's and began eating like monsters—

After all the nice food, you went back up to your room and grabbed a pillow to scream in it. "Jungkook, why do you have to look so good— AHH!"

You felt a tap on your shoulder which made you jump back in shock, only to see meet eyes with the man whom you are crazy about, Jeon Jungkook.

"H—How long were you standing there?"

"To the part where you said I look good." He smiled a little at your reaction, making your heart warm.

"O—Oh, . great." You mentally face palmed yourself. Awesome job Y/N.

"Jin told me that you freaked out when he said I was coming over. . is that true?" He asked you.

Thanks Jin, thanks.

You laughed nervously and avoided eye contact with Jungkook. He began to move closer to you, making you take a step back.

It continued like this until your lower back hit against your desk, and to stop you from moving anywhere else, Jungkook's big arms trap you against it, bringing his face to yours so you could only look at him.

"Please, answer my question." He said, almost sternly. His eyes never left yours, as if he was hoping for something.

"I—I, well," You were getting lost in those dark and mysterious eyes that you had almost forgotten what he had asked. "What Jin said is. . true."

When he heard your answer, his eyes lit up immediately. A spark could be seen in those cute big eyes of his.

"Would it be okay with you if I k—kiss you. . ?"  He asked and you could hear the nervousness in his voice. He chewed on his bottom lip lightly, waiting for you to answer again.
