Once you reached your apartment you and Dabi walked inside taking off your shoes and placing them on the entrance by the door, Dabi mimicking what you did
"Let me change real quick, I smell like sweat and dirt" you told him, heading to your room leaving the tall figure wandering your tiny living room/kitchen
After you've changed you walked out noticing Dabi roaming your kitchen, opening the fridge then closing it. Opening cabinets then closing them.
"Having fun there?" you ask finding his behavior quite comical
Unaware you were looking at him, he quickly turned around and notice your amused expression on your face
"Just making sure you don't have a secret stash of poison or something lying around... you know something you might kill us with" he smirk
You walked over to him, and reached toward a cabinet, pulling out a mason jar with white tiny crystals inside
"Oh I do" you said "And I am planning on using it soon" you said shooting him a glance
"What's that? salt?" he teased
"No. It's Sodium Chloride" you answered back, in a serious tone
He snatched the mason jar from your hands and started to inspect it carefully. You let out a snort and took the jar back from it
"Idiot, Sodium Chloride is salt" you laughed
"Tch. So I was right" he muttered
"Did you not take chemistry in high school" you continued laughing at him
"Whatever.... let's just get cooking," he said turning his back to you while scratching the back of his neck
Aw is someone embarrass
"Alright, now I'm about to teach you my own secret dumplings recipe. So this stays between me and the staples on your face. Got it?" you said pointing a wooden spoon at him
"Like I care" he responded back, his back still facing you
Alright he's emo again, time to shake things up a bit
You went over to your counter and grabbed an apron, then made your way back to dabi who was waiting for you. You ran behind him and tied it snuggly on him
"What- what are you doing?" Dabi questioned
"Cooking can get messy" you teased
"More messy than kidnapping a high schooler?" he laughed
"Alright so not that messy, but you know what I mean" you said walking over to the kitchen sink
He found your gesture funny and decided to go along with it. "Alright doll, so what's first"
