You looked for cafes nearby and found one only 10 minutes away from Dabi's apartment. You walked in and was greeted by the smell of warm cinnamon and coffee beans
You looked over the menu trying to find something Dabi would like
I wonder if he's more into sweets or savories
You decided to get both a muffin and a breakfast sandwich. This way he would have the option to choose. You also ordered two medium coffees to go and left out the door
—————————— Meanwhile in his apartment, Dabi was trying to figure out what happened to him last night
He was the type of guy who thought everything through before doing any sort of action. Which is why he didn't let you know he was sick. He didn't want to seem weak or in need of anyone's help.
However one moment he was laying down on his bed shivering uncontrollably from the fever and the next he was calling you on the phone asking for you to come over.
It's almost as if he wasn't in control of his body.
And not only that but the moment he felt like you were about to leave, he pulled you in his arms afraid to let go. It was very impulsive and unlike of him to do this
This annoyed him. He had never felt this way towards anyone before
His mind was wandering up with all these thoughts making him more confused and irritated. He blamed it on the fever saying it was messing with his brain
—————————— "What took you so long?" he greeted you as you made your way inside
"Sorry, the closest cafe I could find was a 10-minute walk" you chimed, surprised by his sudden change in attitude
"I didn't know what you wanted, so you can pick whichever " you said handing him the bag of breakfast goodies as well as his coffee
Dabi looked inside the bag and took out the blueberry muffin, "this will do" he said handing the bag back to you and taking a seat on his couch
You looked over at his figure and notice him being more quiet than usual. Had something happened when you were gone?
"Why blueberries?" he asked not looking at you but focusing his attention on the blueberry muffin in his hand
"Because they're good, who doesn't like blueberry muffins?" you smiled
He hummed and continue eating his muffin
Not really hungry you decided to save the sandwich for later and instead only drank the coffee
You made your way over to his bedroom, and notice he had neatly organized all your stuff back in your bag, the washcloths, thermometer, the Nyquil.
He organizes my stuff and then acts all weird when I'm back. What is he hormonal or something?
You reached inside the bag and looked for some pain killers to give to him
You walked back to where he was and placed the pill bottle next to him on the couch
"If you still have body pain make sure to take these" you instructed looking at him straight in the eyes
He scoffed and stood up from the couch, "Just take them back, I won't be needing them"
You rolled your eyes and walked over to the door. Looking back at him you shot him a smile
"Take care Dabi" you spoke softly trying to catch the sapphire eyes attention
He didn't look back at you nor said anything back. He only made his way back to his bedroom, not saying goodbye.

You were walking out of his apartment when a pair of hands covered your mouth and restrained you from behind. A man with a plague mask walked out of the corner and made your way towards you.
"Well well well. Isn't it [y/n] Akaguro"
You looked at the figure getting closer to you, you didn't recognize him at all. He was wearing white gloves and a green bomber jacket
"You've sure grown a lot" he scorned
You froze in place. Dropping the container that was carrying your breakfast sandwich. Your eyes grew in fear. You let out a low whimper terrified of what was going on. You tried to scream out for help but your voice was muffled by the hand covering your mouth. You couldn't even reach for your pocket knife, because the other man's hand was hindering you from doing so
Who were these people? And how did they know you and Stain?
"Let's go Chrono, [y/n] and I need to have a little chat" the man with the plague mask commanded
As instructed, the man who had his hand over your mouth pushed on your back with his other hand, making you walk forward. Leading you to who knows where
Leaving behind the breakfast sandwich in front of Dabi's door
